My self-summary
I live an interesting life. Live music, working at a music magazine (Shockwave Magazine) and running my own business. I run a pretty busy life, and I wouldn't change any of it.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I am working for myself. See my work at I do take the short or long term contacts from time to time to pay the bills when business isn't going my way. I absolutely love my work.

In my spare time I write and run a website for Maryland's only music magazine still in print, Shockwave Magazine. Thanks to them I go to about 100 concerts a year, literally! About 70% local bands with maybe 30% nationals thrown in, you could say music makes up a big part of my life and in a big way it has made me who I am.
I’m really good at
Random bits of information. Music related knowledge, holding a conversation about any topic. I'm all about learning new things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm out almost every night supporting the local music scene in every way I can. Usually the people I end up meeting recognize me from a show somewhere.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I don't watch much TV, when I do it's either the Science Channel or Comedy Central, occasionally I watch the Big Bang Theory, yeah I'm a big geek.

Favorite Books, anything by Brian Greene (The Beautiful and Elegant Universe), Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Lord of the Rings (Yeah, I actually read the books) books on history and music. I'll read pretty much anything.

As for movies, I kind of like everything that is well written and that gets me thinking.

Music is a tough one, and I can say at this point I pretty much like it all. Rock, Metal, Blues, Jazz, Soul, Funk, Jam... I even like a little Hip Hop (Good Hip Hop) and even a tiny bit of Blue Grass and country. Genre wise I listen to most things, but I am very passionate about specific groups. Frank Zappa, Devin Townsend, Alter Bridge, Metallica, 10 Years, NoFx, Tech N9ne, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Howlin Wolf, B.B. King, Wu Tang, Lauryn Hill, Anthony Hamilton, Martin Sexton, Kings X.... it's a pretty big list of stuff really, I could talk about music all night.
Six things I could never do without
I could take this literally, which would be a list of so many things (Gravity, The Space Time Continuum, Oxygen, The Earth being in a perfect position with the sun and on a set orientation thanks to the gravitational pull of the moon, Carbon, Solar Fusion, The Central Nervous system connected to the Brian through the Pinneal Gland.)

But I don't think that's the point of this, so I am just going to leave this blurb here to explain why I didn't answer the question.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Music, Physics, Technology, Spirituality, Politics, World Problems
On a typical Friday night I am
Out at a concert somewhere
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've been known to sleep walk.
You should message me if
If you are into music, if you are into having a good time, or you think that I might be a genuinely interesting person. The most important traits to me are empathy, honest and ambition.
