My self-summary
I am and have been many things: engineer, entrepreneur, grad-student, soldier, secret-agent. Looking for a sharp-minded woman for witty banter, big hugs, and secret adventures. Perhaps a spy mission or two? No biggie ... but, you should know how to rappel down the side of a building and pick a lock. Or...just sip a drink and engage in dazzling conversation. Both skills highly prized over here.

PS. I can't see the "they're interested" type notifications, so drop a note and say Hi if you'd like.
What I’m doing with my life
I've returned full-time to the halls of academia, getting a masters in counseling psychology.
I’m really good at
Empathy, wry humor, spontaneity, generosity, eating great food, having laughs over drinks, making breakfast, making out, reading people, having great conversations, mentoring, appreciating art-film-music, cooking, being open-minded, being mostly responsible, being logical, making inappropriate comments, not taking things too seriously.
The first things people usually notice about me
Enormous amounts of cheap cologne.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Movies: Lots of foreign flicks: A Prophet, The Secret is in Their Eyes, Sex and Lucia, All Jason Bourne or (european) Girl with Dragon Tattoo flicks, Tarantino dialogues. Shows-wise, I'm obsessed with The Wire; greatest show ever.

Music: All over the place: Pixies, Cure, Coltrane, Hugh Masakela, all kinds of world music, huge jazz fan and history buff, brass bands, Sonny Rollins, Miles, Mingus, Blue Note period stuff ... Singer Songwriters like Glen Hansard, Paper Bird ... early Metallica ... classic-rock is growing back on me after getting burned out on it ... love finding obscure old soul gems... oi... I could spend all day listing people. Spotify has been a godsend - let's share playlists.

Books: Lots of reading for school. Loved Memoirs of a Geisha, No Country for Old Men, Kite Runner. I like autobiographies, history, that type of thing too.
