Most of the time people can tell within 20 to 30 minutes if there is any attraction, even sooner.
Let's face it, you can text for hours, talk on the phone for weeks or email forever and never end up with the same results as spending time together. Reading all the profiles, consulting the stars and answering endless questions might be amusing in a reality TV sorta way, but I doubt anybody ever made a real connection that way.
I am of the opinion two people have to date and they have to spend significant time together if they want a good long-term relationship. And I think that the dating is a dance which begins without touch; if the connection is right the dance gradually evolves into an embrace. I wax poetic. Or maybe I'm exposing my romantic side?
Would you like to dance?
