My self-summary
I can often be found drinking cab sauv, listening to live music, seeing throwback movies, playing volleyball, crafting, two hand touch footballing, and/or pretending to love my roommate's cat.

Fly your freak flag proudly.
What I’m doing with my life
Moved from Seattle to SF a few years ago and am still thoroughly enjoying my semi-new yet very old baywindowed apartment. As for work, I'm currently in the start-up editorial business, but also somewhat aggressively people watching. Seriously though, I don't know if I've ever seen so many top knots in my life.
I’m really good at
Frosting cakes, juggling an inordinate amount of movie trivia, wood staining, ellipses.
The first things people usually notice about me
Enthusiasm and sarcasm, often used together for extra ambiguity.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The short list...

The Goldfinch, Waterland, The Unbearable Lightness Of Being, Wuthering Heights.
Beginners, The Brothers Bloom, Breakfast Club, In Bruges, My Fair Lady.
Game of Thrones, BoJack Horseman, Halt & Catch Fire, I Dream of Geannie.
Norah Jones, 3EB, Augustines, Postal Service, Simon & Garfunkel.
Brunch, Gnocci, Gun Club Gin.
The six things I could never do without
Today it would have to be: my burnt orange velvet couch, jasmine tea, the smell of library books, people who make fun lists, socks (matching, mismatching, humorous, serious, tall, short, and of course smartwool), and frozen peppermint patties.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
If it's still an acceptable hour to use my french press.
Why there isn't a conclusively consistent public transportation app in this city.
Where the best hikes are in the bay.
Can gruyere be considered a snack.
What I'm going to do with Sunday now that the Seahawks' season is over.
And, where I put my 10 Things I Hate About You dvd.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out or in drinking with friends, working, or listening to live music somewhere in the city.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a repeat person, like one of those terribly annoying people who, when obsessed with a song or album, will listen to it on repeat, ad nauseum, until I'm completely satisfied. It's a problem.
You should message me if
You've got a book recommendation, want some company to try out a new bar/music venue/happy hour, or need a doubles volleyball partner.
