My self-summary
"True sailing is dead"

I'm a recent Seattle transplant by way of the "great" state of Connecticut. Still trying to explore this city and meet new people and maybe find someone who wants to help me publish my Marxist zines.
What I’m doing with my life
Working as an insurance agent. While it definitely isn't my dream job by any stretch it does pay the bills. One summer I did take a break from the world of insurance and worked in the City as a film and television grip. Now if you ever wanted to know what a best boy grip did I'll be happy to answer that. I've thought about going back to school for my Masters but the thought of being encumbered with more debt has put the breaks on that for now.
I’m really good at
Playing Scene It...Seriously I brain is chock full of useless movie trivia. In fact my mind is full of useless trivia in general. It does come in handy sometimes. Also Im a pretty decent cook and I can make a mean pot roast.
The first things people usually notice about me
As a ginger its probably my hair; I've tried dying it to hide my true nature but I've just come to embrace my soulless existence.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Brave New World, 1984, Neuromancer, Grapes of Wrath, Intruder in the Dust, The Sun Also Rises, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, The Dubliners ...and a whole lot more.

Shows: Archer, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, X-Files, Cosmos, Star Trek, Bob's Burgers, Simpsons, most flavors of Star Trek, Rick and Morty and way too many more.

Movies: Blade Runner, Drive, Alien, Reservoir Dogs, The Thing, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now, Seven Samurai. I'm into most horror movies in general (even the awful ones). I'm always down to check something new so I appreciate suggestions.

Music: Rush, Iron Maiden, Depeche Mode, David Bowie, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Perturbator, Carpenter Brut, and well you get the idea.

Food: Big fan of Indian and Thai food..really a fan of anything spicy. Especially Sriracha, it should really be its own food group.
The six things I could never do without
1. Sriracha (see above)
2. Technology
3. Caffeine
4. Music
5. Internet
6. a book
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to make a living doing the things I want to do instead of working for the man and what the future may hold and how our government can insure the promises of the New Deal and beyond
On a typical Friday night I am
going to Karaoke with my friends and a room full of strangers.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I haven't watched Breaking Bad...does that make me a bad person?
You should message me if
If you're into useless movie trivia, a science enthusiast, a fan of spicy food or know a good Karaoke Bar we can rock out at.
