My self-summary
Eclectic and odd without being downright weird.

Virtually drama free and don't care to bring (too) much drama into my life. I realize we call come with baggage though.

Know the difference between too, to and two as well they're, their and there.

I'd like to think that I'm a decent, well-rounded guy though I have a little "wild child" streak.

Things I like, in no particular order:

Running (I'm pokey and slow but I try!)
Brewing beer
Art (can't draw worth a shit though)
Going out to eat
Finding new and unusual dive bars
Playing and winning (sometimes) at trivia
Building really odd and impossible things
Playing Xbox
Watching weird movies that usually have strange "I don't really understand it" themes
Listening to music (see below)
What I’m doing with my life
Making the best out of life in this post-Trump world.

Being a grown up and accepting the fact that I'm only human it's ok to fall down.

Owning up to my mistakes.

Working (too much).

Not sleeping as much as I should.
I’m really good at
Injuring myself.

Being a smart ass.

Telling it the way it is.

Growing a beard and then not maintaining it.

Fixing most things (I'm a good carpenter and decent plumber/electrician.)
The first things people usually notice about me
Hmmm.

My blue eyes but maybe my hair.

I'm intelligent and often vomit useless knowledge.

I seem to get called "ma'am" from behind frequently. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Food:

Yes, I like it. The spicier, the better. And, pizza should be a food group.
Six things I could never do without
The survival basics (water, food, air)
My love/hate relationship with my iPhone.
Music
Family/Friends
The ability to travel and/or vacation
The InterNets

Realistically, I could live without half of those things but it does say six...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where this country and the world is heading....and how I fit in.

My teenage daughter....and why it makes me feel old saying that.
On a typical Friday night I am
I have my daughter on a couple Friday nights per month and she's awesome but I don't have her every weekend. Her and I usually find some kind of trouble to get into when we are together. When she's not there, I may hit a bar with friends, watch a movie or go see some music. The world is my oyster and I don't limit myself on Friday night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
- I have never ever watched Big Bang Theory.
- I know and can sing all 6 minutes and 32 seconds of "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot.
You should message me if
- You're not too shy.
- You think we could be compatible.
- You can appreciate quirkiness and humor.
- You are reasonably intelligent.
- You put little or no faith in Myers-Briggs since it's a very flawed test that holds little weight.
- You believe that the human head weighs between 8-10 pounds.
