My self-summary
A Rochester transplant and professional nerd who loves theater, live music, and all performing arts. When I'm not being a tech nerd (8-5, Monday-Friday) I play woodwinds in a few local musical ensembles (band geek, yes I know I'm really selling myself). I highly value education and learning; and I'm very much a lifelong learner. Now enough about me... I want to hear about you!
What I’m doing with my life
Playing and having fun in all aspects! I love what I do professionally (more often than not), semi-professionally, and have a great group of friends who I'm lucky to share time with. Always looking forward to the next challenge life has and figuring out how to approach it (I love problem solving).
I’m really good at
Making people smile, problem solving, listening & being a sound board to friends.
The first things people usually notice about me
My contagious smile, wit & banter, silliness, and willingness to pull people into a conversation.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love all sorts of movies, drama, comedy, horror, you name it! I guess it just has to be either very well done or very terrible. Netflix has figured out, however that terrible B-horror flicks are my passion. That said probably my favorite of all time would be The Blues Brothers (the acting is just so TERRIBLE it's amazing).

Music is a big thing to me... I enjoy a lot of it and can appreciate the artistry, entertainment value, and creativity that goes into just about anything. I gravitate toward a lot of jazz, but the range of my musical palette spreads from classical to current pop. Similar to movies, it either has to be very well done or very terrible.

Food - Well yes please!

Shows - Parks & Rec, OITNB, Bates Motel, How I Met Your Mother, American Horror Story.
