My self-summary
Simple disclaimer, new to Spokane, and since I really don't know anyone here am just curious to meet new people and see who's out here.

At its simplest, I like to wander with a cup of coffee in my hand. At its most complex, well, that's to be figured out. I'd like to think that I'm intelligent and educated, but firmly based in blue collar roots.

I wouldn't mind meeting some people that enjoy simple moments (great wine, great views, the ocean) but then are also able to intellectually discuss the complexity of those as well (when the time calls for it).

My happiest moments are when I'm sipping on a cup of coffee while making my way through the back streets of a city that I'd never been to before, exploring the off beaten path places that the tourists just don't find exciting enough to go to.

Also when bar hopping...
What I’m doing with my life
Finding great Taurasi...
I’m really good at
Describing myself poorly...
The first things people usually notice about me
I'd like to say I'm curious to find that out, but not especially...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Recent books: The Ecstatic - Victor Lavalle, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian - Sherman Alexie, The Power and the Glory - Graham Greene, The Beautyful Ones Are Not Yet Born - Ayi Kwei Armah, An Artist of the Floating World - Kazuo Ishiguro

Heavy rotation for music: Charm School - Bishop Allen, Fingers Crossed - Architecture in Helsinki, Cold Equations - Massy Ferguson, Summerteeth - Wilco, We All Belong - Dr. Dog, The King is Dead - The Decemberists

Food: Everything tastes better in a tortilla (Updated disclaimer: On a train in Poland recently I had what I will loosely refer to as a sandwich. Lettuce, Tomato, and Mascarpone cheese drenched in thousand island dressing, all wrapped in a tortilla. ALMOST everything tastes better in a tortilla...)
The six things I could never do without
My Brother/Family
Planes, Trains & Automobiles
My Glasses, unfortunately...
A Pillow
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Home/Family/Brother/Nephews, work, where my next random adventure should/will be, thermodynamics (it honestly pops in my head all the time, I have no idea why...), and there's always always always some random song stuck in there. It's OK though, I've learned to accept and enjoy the musical accompaniment.
You should message me if're a positive person. Oh, and if you felt like it. I don't want to forget that...
