My self-summary
This sounds kind of odd, but if you're a dork (Lost, Transformers, Battlestar Galactica, sci-fi, general dorky things), then let's talk. An encyclopediac knowledge of Seinfeld is an enormous plus (actually, it's more of a necessity); given yourself another 5 or so if you're into The Office or Arrested Development. People with interests out of the norm are definitely of interest. It's pretty unlikely that you're going to be able to come up with something obscure enough for me not to have some kind of knowledge of it. Esotericism is a definite plus.

It's unlikely that I'll be all that interested if you're a "young professional" (what asshole invented this term?) with a great body, but you can't hold a conversation beyond the weather, your "portfolio" and the general condition of the sidewalk. Now I have to back up for a second since I guess I *AM* a "young professional", but it just irks me when I see 23 year-olds making photocopies describing themselves as such. People wear it like some sort of badge of honour. Why?

Also, if you're foreign of just about any nationality (that includes you Americans!) then that's a definite point of attraction for me. If an accent is added into the equation, then I'm yours.

My interest in you is probably pretty independent of your age, with the caveat that I'm typically interested in guys who are older than me (you don't have to remember "the tall ships", I just have a hard time relating to most guys who are my age). If I was forced to put a range on it, it would probably be somewhere around 24 - mid 30s (though this is a guideline, not a rulebook).

I'm an unpretentious person (well, mostly) who likes to read, watch great movies and TV (TV gets a bad rap these days, there's lots of great stuff to watch), and cook. Cook a whole lot.

I am savvy, sophisticated, and some other S word
What I’m doing with my life
Working, learning, eating, sleeping, breathing, and just trying to think more than I stare. To be more descriptive, I work in "finance" and I have a good career. I know that's vague, but who wants to go into specifics around careers when it's that boring? I'm not a character from Wall Street obsessed with the destruction of ma and pa shops if that's what that description sounds like. Feel free to ask.
I’m really good at
Cooking, debiting, crediting, baking, frying, insulting, speaking and trivia.
The first things people usually notice about me
Red hair. It's obvious, but true.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Windmills, rising bread, the next episode of the Colbert Report. Politics, though I hate that that's true.
On a typical Friday night I am
Wondering what I should be doing on a Friday aside from thinking about what I should be doing on a Friday.
You should message me if
Your Saturdays include dim sum and the St. Lawrence Market. On more specific notes, I'm generally attracted to most races of guys, though I have to be honest and say I don't find myself physically attracted to Asian guys (just a preference, sorry guys). I usually go for mature, older guys who are more on the masculine side, and errr on the side of top. Again, just saying this as a preference to save all of our valuable time - we can save our e-mailing for more relevant discussion than those kinds of questions if you made it all the way through to the bottom of this profile.
