My self-summary
I'm quite simple yet quite complex, you could say I'm a paradox. I favor quiet time, but also appreciate being around a jovial environment. I enjoy being alone, but also enjoy being the center of attention. It all really depends on the people I'm surrounded by, but usually I'm on my own course and in my own world. Whether you want to join me is your choice. I'm honest, to the point of being blunt, to the point where I'm usually quiet. If I'm short with someone it's usually for a reason, I'm choosy to who I associate with. I'm ISFJ, most of all my actions are based on my environment, what vibes you give off, I'll read them like I'm reading your whole cards. Sarcasm and wit drip freely from my tongue, it's only sharp if I'm in a bad mood, normally I just enjoy poking the bear. Laughing and making others laugh is key portion to my existence, there's a great quote "If you can't laugh at yourself, life's gonna seem a whole lot longer than you like." So for those who mope, have a drink and stop being a sad charlie. I prefer deep conversations, as well as whimsical ones. I have a fascination with what others are thinking, the best is when I notice someone grinding their gears or when someone is off in space. A passion of mine is trying new foods and new beers, and expanding those horizons, the more diverse my palate is the more experiences I can associate with those tastes. I'm quite altruistic, there is always a reason why I'm interested in someone or something, everything has a meaning, everything is connected. I appreciate cool mornings, overcast days, I'm a Seattle kid at heart living in California, coffee is a drug. The what ifs of life plague my existence, constantly in some existential crisis. I could continue this summary, which would be endless, but that would defeat the purpose of someone actually wanting to meet me.
What I’m doing with my life
Slinging books at work, finding that obscure titles you are looking for.
Writing in my mind, hopelessly trying to find quiet time to write.
Finding time to take deep relaxing breathes, amid the hectic noise.
Watching sports, but more or less scrutinizing my team for their failures.
Thinking about concerts, but secretly despising them, mostly due to the all ages trope.
Enjoying music, literature, and movies, of all that you probably don't know or do know which makes me want to like them better than you.
Dissing the radio, especially when they play black keys, twice in a 45 minute span, and imagine how most of humanity finds this music as the only good music in existence.
Dissing media in general, especially news channels, who only offer biased opinions and improper facts that are feed to the masses.
Finding those hard to find IPA's, especially the doubles, thoroughly enjoying Stone's RuinTen and also Knee Deep Hoparillo at the moment.
Being a white ninja, at any Vietnamese restaurant and stuffing my face with the best Pho, spring rolls, or Bun Bo Xao.
Quietly judging people, giving glares, peering into someone's soul.
Not taking things seriously, but deep down secretly I am taking things seriously.
Going for late night swims, enjoying the tranquility of the water.
Watching Adventure Time and Regular Show.
I’m really good at
taking things in stride, giving great massages, and making mix CDs.
The first things people usually notice about me

finding someone who appreciates music, someone who actually buys cd's or vinyl and listens to them alone and lets them wash over themselves and associates moments and memories with certain artists and albums. Show me your actual library, show me that obscure album from your collection that you bought from a concert or from a used CD bin, pop it into your player and lets have a drink, listen and appreciate the beauty of sound.

how I only want the simplest of desires, yet can never seem to find it.

how I wish more people read, and actually enjoy it and can converse about it in a thorough fashion.

the beauty of Galaxie 500, Yo La Tengo, Belle and Sebastian, Arcade Fire and many more.

all the concerts, movies, and places I would love to take someone out to.

the beauty of early 90's nickelodeon and the revival of my childhood memories via current shows such as Adventure Time and Regular Show which remind me of where I developed my dripping sarcasm and wit, and overall distorted sense of humor.

how could Walter White manipulate so many people, and how he should die in this last season of Breaking Bad.

how April and Andy and Ben and Leslie's relationships on Parks and Rec make me happy.

stats, baseball stats: ERA, WHIP, FIP, UZR, BABIP, ISO, it's called sabermetrics and it's what I enjoy.

the integrity of people.

the way people dress.

I tend to think a lot.
On a typical Friday night I am
out and about the town having a few drinks at a local bar with friends, playing some pool, at a comedy club, or indulging on some good eats in the city, all while sharing laughter and hoping for the best outcome possible for the end of the night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
is that I drink like Fitzgerald, think like Camus, and perceive like Fante.
You should message me if
you finished reading all that I wrote, cause that was a test, and if you got this far something interested you, so naturally you should message me. Also if you enjoy fine craft beers and exceptional good eats, and would like to check out local breweries. I believe that great food and drinks is the best way to get to know someone. Also feel free to contact if you are an Adventure Time fan or enjoy baseball or simply think that the two of us would be too much awesome for the majority of civilization to handle.
