My self-summary
It's kenners! I'm a mainstream nerd (read: I write code while watching hockey). I'm pretty goofy and I love giving over-the-top reactions.
What I’m doing with my life
Working tech since 2007, makin' software to save the world.
I’m really good at
Figuring out how people and stuff interact. Reading maps. Having conversations on subjects I know nothing about.
The first things people usually notice about me
I talk fast, and I type fast. People also sometimes notice the magical owl perched on my shoulder, but not everybody.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
TV: Whatever people are talking about each season. Police procedurals are my jam, but I mean, Person of Interest. 'nuff said. I rewatch Sherlock, Cowboy Bebop, and Ghost in the Shell almost once a year.

Movies: In-theater over home-theater. I usually don't see the best picture nominees.

Music: A mix of electronic, hip hop, indie and dance. Mutemath, Daft Punk, Zero 7, DJ Shadow, The Strokes, Cash Cash. I love new music!

Books: Trying to keep a rotation of Sci-fi, Fantasy, Murder/Mystery, and Nonfiction. Current cycle is The Three-Body Problem, a John Hart mystery, So Good They Can't Ignore You. Still looking for new Fantasy.

Online: Twitter/Patreon/Imgur/Twitch. Get ready for an intelligent conversation about video games!

Food: A giant fan of the sandwich in all forms, and definitely addicted to french fries. Sushi, pizza, enchiladas, noodles. I'm basically just listing off food at this point.
The six things I could never do without
Smartyphone
Cars with stereos
Supermarkets - I don't think I would last long on a farm
Sketches on paper/whiteboard
Pillows
More Pillows
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How other people feel about me now, and how they will feel about me after I do something impressive/unexpected/stupid.
On a typical Friday night I am
Following my friends/coworkers to a new beachfront restaurant (which usually ends in sober/drunken board games), or preparing for early weekend antics.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once put guacamole on food that wasn't Mexican food...
You should message me if
You know where to find the good sushi, you've gone to three supermarkets looking for the proper queso ingredients, or you're ready to teach me how to rock climb.
