My self-summary
Thanks for stopping by!

Life rarely ever goes the way you expect it. The past decade has seen me living in every corner of our country, and many places in between, but I finally feel like I've found home. I've had a lot of great adventures that have helped define who I am. Everything from Vegas bachelor party misadventures, to wandering behind the scenes at Disney World, to getting my face plastered across board game stores around the world. It hasn't always been good, and I haven't always had a clear direction, but it's rarely been boring.

I've been humbled by the amount of opportunities I've received, but I'm proud enough to know that I've earned all of it. I've found wonderful friends who've pulled me kicking and screaming through the rough patches, and celebrated the good times. I embrace geek culture, as it's always been good to me, but I'm not limited by it. I've learned to take life with a chuckle and a laid back attitude. I'm happy with where I've gotten, but I refuse to be content. Things are good, but they're getting better.

What I'm looking for is a partner in life's adventures. Someone who knows herself and what she is looking for. Someone who can enjoy a night in cuddled up with a good movie, or a nice long walk for no reason other than that the sun decided to grace us with its presence. Bonus points for a big smile, and the ability to speak geek.

Best of luck in your searches, and I hope to hear from you soon!
What I’m doing with my life
Designing games, spending time with the people who matter most to me, and looking for my next big adventure in life... and the person to accompany me... that's where you potentially come in...

I've really been getting into board games lately, occasionally in a surprisingly literal manner.
The first things people usually notice about me
It's gotta be the glasses.

Six things I could never do without
Caffeine (trust me, it's not a pretty picture if I don‘t get it),

a decent connection to the internet,

a comfy place to sleep (I learned the importance of this after living several months in a hotel),

the snooze button on my alarm,

something shiny to occupy myself with,

and can't forget my towel...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Forty Two
On a typical Friday night I am
Friday night is a chance to put me feet up and just relax after a what typically amounts to a long week. This tends to involve some combination of friends, popcorn, games, and movies. Still I have been known to blow off my ritual should something new and exciting arise.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've done some incredibly geeky modeling for a friend who's a photographer, and if asked / bribed exceedingly nicely I can supply proof.

If you've persevered and managed to make it all the way through my verbose ranting, you should say hi.
If you actually enjoyed my verbose ranting, you should definitely say hello.
