My self-summary
Amnesiac nomad, irreverant worshiper, introverted expressionist, measured risk-taker, apologetic grammar nazi, tragic comedian, addled philospher, low-brow snob, flying purple people eater.

To be less cryptic, I have a need to be creative. I love to make people laugh. I'm not always the greatest conversationalist. I alternate unpredictably between sharply perceptive and endearingly oblivious. I don't let my cynicism get in the way of enjoying life...usually. I like fun just as much as the next smartass.

My girlfriend and I are both bi-sexual. We are both interested in men and women for one on one play, or threesomes, or perhaps "more"somes. Potential friends are also welcome.
What I’m doing with my life
Working, spending time with my girlfriend, trying to make time for creativity.
I’m really good at
being irreverant and finding humor in most situations. While I'm not always talkative, I'm a good listener, especially when you have something interesting to say. I'm an avid student of human behavior, and I'm always learning and often intrigued.
The first things people usually notice about me
If I have a beard at the time, it's that I look Jesus (or more accuractely, that I resemble the popular depiction of Jesus).

Otherwise, I suppose it's the long hair, and the group of anthropomorphised baby giraffes that follow me around and do my bidding.....well, I guess I'm really the only one who notices them.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like to read, but I haven't done much of it lately. Frank Herbert is my favorite author. Dune is my favorite series, and I've read most of what he has written. I've read Philip K Dick, a bit of Vonnegut, Otherland series by Tad Williams, Tolkien, Rice's Vampire trilogy, Fight Club, House of Sand and Fog, and a few of the classics.

movies: (in an attempt to name some of the stuff that would be less obvious) Blade Runner, The Lost Boys, Videodrome, Zatoichi movies, Sideways, Akira, Monty Python movies, Children of Men, Ghost in the Shell, Brain Candy, Wes Anderson movies, A Clockwork Orange, Zardoz (points if you know this one), Memento, The Libertine, Koyaanisqatsi

shows: (most sitcoms turn me off; most reality tv turns me off; ditto for the myriad cop dramas, etc) I like Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, most of the Showtime series, Adult Swim comedies, Daily Show and other comedy channel stuff, really not a whole lot of tv I can stomach.

music: The Contortionist, Tool, NIN, Queens of the Stone Age, St. Vincent, Primus, Deftones, Radiohead, Portishead, Bjork, Faith No More, Talking Heads, Type O Negative, Fear Factory, Florence and the Machine, Joy Divison, Kings of Leon, The Mars Volta, Modest Mouse, Mudvayne, Nirvana (ok, now I'm just scrolling through my iTunes. You get the point)...and a bunch of composers from the last 100 years who you've probably never heard of...just sayin.

food: my tastes are pretty simple and I'm easy to please, but I'm usually down to try new things. I ate healthy for a few years. Now I just throw in some healthy foods while I devour all that is before me!

drinks: water, coffee, craft beer. what more could anyone want!?
The six things I could never do without
It's proving really difficult to asnwer this question sincerely....so I won't:

-my torso
-Bob Ross impersonator pornography
-Rickroll hotline
-my footie pajamas knitted from adolescent yheti trimmings
by the National Tibetan Convalescent Sewing Club
-my one-side-solved Rubik's cube (the green side)
-my lifesize poster of Jane Fonda as Barbarella
I spend a lot of time thinking about
everything all the time, including while I'm trying to sleep.
On a typical Friday night I am
working until around midnight. On the weekends I'm probably either chilling at home, out shooting pool/having some drinks, or visiting family in Topeka, KS....yeah, family is really the only reason I would recommend going there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Soylent green is people. IT'S PEEOOOPPPLLLLLEEEEE!!
You should message me if
one or more of the following applies: your socks are plaid, you have at least two collarbones, you want to talk about stuff and junk, you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal trainer, your mother smells of elderberries, C is for cookie and that's good enough for you, you can tell me the meaning of life while juggling hamsters.
