My self-summary
I'm a guitarist, writer and sometime cartoonist. so it should come as no surprise that I make cartoon noises with my guitar. Just sayin'. Without my guitar, sometimes I'm actually kind of shy.
I have a quick an "odd" sense of humor, I'm told. I think mostly it's that I am a student of the fine art of ridicule and sarcasm, and I am my own worst critic.

I am artistic, creative, and silly. Always looking for the silver lining in the dark cloud.
What I’m doing with my life
Usually working (as a Data Analyst for a major haircare empire), writing articles or reviews, reviewing gear. Recording music I need to find a new band really missing that. I also have occasionally substitute-guitar teched for touring bands. In my spare time I enjoy building guitars. I'm constantly retooling/upgrading my guitars.
Work takes up a bit more of my time; I'm always learning more about SAP, recording software systems, DAWs(digital audio workstations), drum-programming and (home) recording engineering simultaneously.
I’m really good at
All things guitar. Playing them, building them. Loving them. Cooking. Art, both visual and sonic. Being occasionally silly. Obscure music, TV and Film references and trivia.
The first things people usually notice about me
My Barry White-esque voice, my hair, my goofy long fingers, and deceptively simple yet wacky lethal homemade guitars. My sometimes brutal honesty and comedic sarcasm.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A) 'Scuze me while I kiss the sky: the Hendrix biography B) The Exorcist, Matrix, The Dark Knight, any good comedy/action/horror/sci-fi/superhero thing. C) Too varied to mention, but mostly rock stuff. D) And I cook too.
The six things I could never do without
Music. My guitars. My Amp Rig. Laughter. The ability to be Creative. Tools (to work on said guitars).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Guitars. The multitude of songs completed and in-progress playing in my head at any given time. Whichever guitar I'm working on at the moment, and what I need to get ready for the next one.
On a typical Friday night I am
Playing guitar somewhere...or at home tearing my guitars apart and rebuilding them, transcribing exotic scales and arpeggio studies. Recording, multi-tracking myself into a coma :). Or perhaps watching movies or out somewhere hanging out with friends being silly, it depends...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I'm very private. Wanna know something? Ask.
You should message me if
You want to.
