My self-summary
www.ouramazingworld.org keeps me entertained
What I’m doing with my life
I'm going into my last year of pharmacy school at ETSU this fall. I grew up in south GA and lived in Colorado for a few years. I like being frugal with the loan money so I can travel in the summer.
I’m really good at
Opening up. Exploring. Pushing buttons. Not sounding gringo. Saying what's on my mind.
The first things people usually notice about me
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music.....all types, but mainly classic rock (60s,70s), electronic, funk, bluegrass, soul, jazz, bossanova, indie, folk, Traffic, Pink Floyd, Flaming Lips, Crystal Fighters, Little Feat, String Cheese. Dave Brubeck. Happy stuff, sad bastard stuff. New stuff, old stuff. Live music.

I prefer cooking at home for money and health. If I won the lottery I'd eat a different kind of cheese every day.

Breaking Bad feels like the only show I've watched regularly since Seinfeld. I like Roald Dahl. Flight of the Conchords. NPR. Rick Steves. Jeopardy.

If money and time flowed freely, I would spend the next 15 or so years learning new languages in new places. I try to keep it simple these days. There's more to life than strip malls and big bar tabs.
Six things I could never do without
Nice fitting jeans
Nice people
Getting away
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Cheap countries, SE Europe, Turkey, neuroimaging, cultural neuroscience, more accessible mental health and substance abuse tx, drug policy reform, anthropology, travel
On a typical Friday night I am
Messing around my place or catching up on sleep or study.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cut my own hair.

You're smart, humble, and attractive. You're unfiltered sometimes because it's funny. Being too serious all the time is no fun.
