My self-summary
I just moved to Frisco a few months ago to start a new position in the eSports industry! So, I'm looking for new people to hang out with, and if we hit it off, maybe more, so don't hesitate to hit me up.

I love video games, and have managed to luck out into a career around them - but that's not all I'm into. I love reading, going for a relaxing walk, bike riding, heading out for a night on the town, or curling up at home to watch some Netflix or random anime series' that I may or may not have seen 10 times.
What I’m doing with my life
Living the dream, getting esports to the next level - mainstream.

Otherwise, taking it one day at a time and trying to enjoy the ride.
I’m really good at
Writing! I have a huge passion for covering competitive gaming and eSports in general. My field has me greatly motivated.

Reading. I love books.

I tend to try and keep a positive outlook on life, and I'm decent at cheering others up.

Conversation - I love to talk, but also to listen when you need a friendly ear.
The first things people usually notice about me
Physically? I've been told I have a nice smile. But eh, personally, the first thing I notice about me is my bald head. :P
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Harry Potter, RA Salvatore's Legend of Drizzt series (currently nearing 30 novels!), the old Star Wars EU novels, Lord of the Rings, Eragon and its sequels, the Spellfire series by Ed Greenwood, Wheel of Time

Movies:Too many to list, but I enjoy most comedies and sci-fi movies. The Last Samurai is also a particular favorite. Really been enjoying the Marvel Cinematic Universe too.

Shows: Avatar: The Last Airbender, Trigun, Most Gundam series , Modern Family, Scrubs, Family Gu), How I Met Your Mother, random Youtube shows (Dragonball Z Abridged being my absolute favorite.) Game of Thrones, Hajime no Ippo, Outlaw Star, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, DBZ, Agents of SHIELD. There's more but that's all I feel like listing :P

Music: My tastes have been so eclectic over the years, but some of my all time favorites include - Fear Factory, The Cure, Ronald Jenkees, VNV Nation, AFI, The Offspring, Incubus, Deadmau5, Machinae Supremacy... and many others

Food: I LOVE Sushi. I also really enjoy Italian food. Most
everything else is okay, but if it involves Brussels sprouts, I'll
probably be running the other way.

Video Games (I know this wasn't asked, but deal with it!): Final Fantasy 9, FF Tactics, Suikoden series, Super Smash Bros Melee/4, Street Fighter, Civilization, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Starcraft 2, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, Halo, Divinity: Original Sin, Destiny, Zone of the Enders 2, Streets of Rage, Chrono Trigger/Cross, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 1/2, Baldur's Gate (PC), Neverwinter Nights 1/2, (there's a ton more, but I won't bore you with the details. If it involves a RPG or Fighting game chances are I like it)

Nostalgic things
On a typical Friday night I am
Lately, out with friends enjoying a drink or spending a quiet night in writing. Depends on the week.

Also, let's not kid ourselves - if I'm not doing either of these things, I'm likely gaming. Been playing a ton of Smash 4 since that came out, but I've also been known to play quite a bit of Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm and Destiny, lately.

Good thing you asked about Friday, too, cause my schedule for M-Th is a little crazy, haha! Work tends to keep me fairly busy until late into the night on those days.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I tear up in sappy movies. Family dramas really get to me.
You should message me if
If you love to have fun!

You want someone to hang out and chill with.

You're not scared off by my geekiness! (It's awesome, trust me. I have cookies!)

If I've liked you, I most likely want to hear from you, but haven't worked up the nerve to send a message yet.
