I'd hang out with me.
I moved to the bay a few years ago for a great job at a software company as a designer. Sometimes I forget how lucky I am to be doing something I enjoy. But then I remember and things are really good.
I'm also leaving behind old things.
Drawing and sketching.
Not talking during a movie.
Playing it cool.
Naming types of animals.
I enjoy talking about music and jump around genres to keep things interesting. But if an album is good it stays on repeat.
Movies are movies. I'll stream anything on Netflix to see if it captures my attention; if it sucks, then on to the next one.
Matinees at the theatre are always an adventure. I try to make it exciting, especially when you pay $8 for a soda (fucking ridiculous).
I love stand-up comedy.
Don't watch television much anymore. Try to catch as much sports as I can at the bar or a friends house. Been to a few Warriors games this season, they always win when I go, so that's cool.
I'm not a bookworm but I enjoy most books that friends recommend. Sometimes I'll walk by a bookstore and force myself to go in and find something. Usually non-fiction biographies or something about behavior, art, design, strange history, or music. I want to read more sci-fi, but I don't know where to start.
When I make time to read I enjoy it.
I don't like ketchup. You can have mine.
Breakfast rules everything around me.
My younger and older self.
