My self-summary
I'm a driven individual looking for someone who's as passionate as I am about life and the things that make life awesome. Looking to meet interesting and good folks and then take it a step at a time from there.

I'm an athletic nerd adventure dude who works in retail supply chain. Big time foodie, travel geek, sports fan. Living life to the fullest!
What I’m doing with my life
Biking
Running
Travel
Watching sports
Playing music
I’m really good at
being really really into whatever hobbies I am into. Whenever I take on a new interest, I go 100% at it.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my ethnicity and/or height.

Disclaimer, and I make no apologies, I am probably the most white washed asian you will ever meet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books -

Shel Silverstein - The Giving Tree

These are on my current list, may be in various states of progress through them, or not have started them at all:

Rye Barcott - It Happened On The Way To War (Met the author at a talk and scored this gem. Super inspirational.)
Randall Munroe - What If? (of xkcd fame, this is a ton of fun)
David Foster Wallace - Consider The Lobster (love DFW)
David Foster Wallace - A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again
The Oatmeal - Why Grizzly Bears Should Wear Underpants
David Rakoff - Half Empty
Gary Shteyngart - Super Sad True Love Story
Davy Rothbart - My Heart Is An Idiot

Movies -
Lost In Translation
The Force Awakens (I teared up a little watching it the first time, truth)
Up
Big Hero 6
Forrest Gump
12 Monkeys
Starship Troopers
New school Star Trek

Shows - Right now, finding time to catch up on Game of Thrones and House of Cards. I love The Big Bang Theory. Probably going to start Silicon Valley soon.

Music - I'm all over the map for music. Loaded question. Classical, metal, country, jazz... I play a lot of jazz right now. I'm going to see the Seattle Symphony perform the Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 2 for my birthday.

Food - I love food of all types but have a really strong gravitation to asian food. It would be really hard for us to get along if you had a strong aversion to sushi or pho.
The six things I could never do without
Good friends
Good food
Good beer, wine, and whisky
Music whether it is appreciating or creating it
My training buddies: my bikes and running shoes
My cell phone
I spend a lot of time thinking about
wrestling grizzly bears.. I like my chances.
On a typical Friday night I am
always out and about; life's an adventure!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm always on the hunt for a good country music bar.
You should message me if
.. you wanna grab a drink, shoot the shit, and you're not looking for anything specific but are open minded to feel things out as they go. Goes hand in hand with my outlook on life - It's all about having fun, exploration, and letting yourself be surprised.
