My self-summary
I grew up in NYC and moved west seeking less traffic and more beauty in nature. Now I live 15 minutes from the beach and an hour to the City of SF. I love to connect with friends, family and community. I have studied metaphysics, non-dualistic spirituality, and personal growth, while staying grounded. I also practice using emotional honesty as way to stay connected to present centered awareness. I love things that keep me connected to my body .
