My self-summary
I'm originally from Florida, I like it much better here in Atlanta. I graduated from UF in 07.

I'm a big fan of new experiences, especially when it comes to food and drinks. I've made it a point to check out new places all over Atlanta. Have had hundreds of different beers and have started dabbling in mixology.

I stay active playing kickball/softball....may be mildly obsessed with kickball, which is normal right....if I were still in elementary school.

My weekends are usually spent haning out with friends at bars with a good beer selection, going out for brunch, getting folks rounded up for BBQ or potluck, and taking advantage of the billions of events going on around town.
What I’m doing with my life
I am a mechanical engineer working for a major engineering firm doing project management and design in water treatment. Not a glamorous job...but everyone needs water :)
I’m really good at
Planning ahead, kinda comes with the job and its leaked into my personal life. I'm chronically early and am usually deemed the reliable one when shit needs to happen, though I'd like to think I don't freak out when things go awry....which is usually due to be having a plan B ready to go.
The first things people usually notice about me
Didn't fill this out originally, but I've recived some comments about my smile so let's go with that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am very adventerous when it comes to food and drink. If I haven't had something like it before, I'll likely try. I make occasional ventures into cooking and I try to get creative and not stick to closely to a recipe(my favorite so far has been pork with onions and granny smith apple with a dallop of honey goat cheese). I love trying new beers and have been dabbling in mixology (biggest success has been strawberry rhubarb lemonade).

As far for tv goes, if it is entertaining I will watch it....though I tend to draw the line at reality tv. The DVR is pretty much the greatest invention ever and I put mine to good use. To name a few shows- How I Met Your Mother, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Walking Dead, American Horror Story, Justified, Big Bang Theory, The Office, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, Its Always Sunny, Archer, Southpark, Tosh.O, Mad Men, Robot Chicken, Weeds....

Movies are an even more impossible list, but give you a general idea- Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, American Psycho, Fight Club, Snatch, Superbad, 28 Days Later, anything by Apatow, I Am Sam, Memento, The Goonies, Reqium for a Dream, Boondock Saints, Mallrats, Empire Records, the Hangover, Juno, most stanard nerd fare like Back to the Future and Indiana Jones....

As for books, I find that I don't have the time or patience for it, but I have gotten big into listening to audio books in the car. I'm not much for classic literature, I'm more for what the latest best sellers are.

I'm a big music fan, though its tough to pin down favorites, here is what I've been into lately: Broken Social Scene, Temper Trap, Tokyo Police Club, The Annuals, Winter Gloves, Radiohead, Feist, The New Pornographers, The Weepies, Bon Iver, As Tall As Lions, Metric, Mutemath, The Decemberists, Arcade Fire, The Black Keys, Broken Bells, The Shins, Mumford and Sons, Two Door Cinema Club, Young the Giant, Animal Collective, Passion Pit, Dirty Projectors, Incubus, Damien Rice, Temper Trap, AU, Kishi Bashi, Starfucker.....

On a typical Friday night I am
Friday is usually pretty chill night hanging with friends, sipping some fancy beer or whiskey.
You should message me if
If you think we have some things in common. I have enough friends, so only if you are open to things developing into something. Also, only if you have time to date. Dating someone that can only see you once a month is pointless.

If you visit my page and don't message, I assume you aren't interested.
