My self-summary
I grew up in Texas but have since lived in Baltimore and in a small town in Vermont where I went to college (Middlebury College). After graduating undergrad, I moved to Tulsa, OK for a teaching position and taught there for 2 years. I moved to San Antonio in summer 2014 for medical school and will be here until at least 2018.

I love nature, sports, deep conversations, dancing, writing, and hanging out with the people I care about most.

I'm an even-keeled guy who enjoys working with people. I adore learning people's stories and seeing how connected many of our lives truly are.

If there is one thing I need in life, it's humor. Humor is what keeps me going each day. It helps me keep perspective and appreciate the little things.

For what it's worth: I am an INFJ.
What I’m doing with my life
I used to be a 2nd grade teacher and loved it.

Now I am in my 3rd year of medical school. So I am working and learning in the hospital as I try to figure out what kind of patients I want to work with and what kind of doctor I want to be.
The first things people usually notice about me
Usually my sense of humor...I think that's a good thing haha.

The six things I could never do without
Time to get away from things every once in a while
Long conversations
On a typical Friday night I am
1. Hanging out with friends
- could be going out dancing (trying to retain my swing dancing), playing sports in a league (depending on the time of year), or just venturing out for dinner or a sense of freedom
- could be staying in having drinks with friends and just talking or watching a movie

2. Honestly, some Fridays I just need a break to recharge and relax.
