My self-summary
I define myself by how hard I work and how I treat the people I care about. I am always trying to learn more and be better at what I do
I have a master's in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. I played #1 for my tennis team at Oberlin College for my undergrad and am currently a private tennis coach..
I consider myself a buddhist; I am interested in mindfulness/ meditation. I enjoy cookiing, and am always trying to find the best restaurant for every cuisine. I enjoy hiking, watching movies (especially foreign), skiing, biking, and traveling, reading the New Yorker/Economist and doing the daily Chronicle jumbles and crosswords.
I also like to teach and when I get a chance, volunteer at a soup kitchen. I love languages, especially Italian, and I lived in Italy for a year, where I spent 3 months as a chef's apprentice learning to cook Italian cuisine.
I love waking up thinking that I will meet someone new every day. Anything outdoors is fun, including rock climbing and surfing, although Im still a beginner in both. I love California: can't beat being 2 hours away from the beach or the snow!
