My self-summary
I'm a 47 year old guy who is doing the benjamin buttons thing... ie... I act younger than I am. I have two kids who are very important in my life. My career keeps me busy, but I like to find time to play. Your traditional masculine guy here, but that doesn't mean I'm out shooting deer. I love football, basketball, but I also like going to the theater (and the movies, if there's something worth watching on). I only have about 19 words left, so if there's anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask. That's 100.

I am intelligent, sarcastic, and moody
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a co-owner of a small consulting business, working part time on a novel, (very part time). Love being active with my kids.
I’m really good at
well, you'd have to meet me to find that out. I'm also quite accomplished with the Queen's English, ( I suppose when she dies, it will become the King's English once again.) Love logic and often play the devil's advocate in a discussion just for the fun of it.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes, they're very blue. My arms and legs are quite hairy too, can you spell caveman?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
wow, what a list. Books, the tolkien trilogy, the two Covenant Chronicles Trilogies. Movies don't get any better than "The Godfather," although there wasn't much gay porn in that one, lol. I like music from the Beatles to Bare Naked Ladies. Kenny Chesney rocks, well if country can rock. Really not fond of rap. When it comes to food, as long as it's not cheap fast food, I generally like. Please don't take me to Taco Hell.
Six things I could never do without
I don't think are six things i couldn't do without. Indoor plumbing ranks very high on the list though. My kids. Just put me on a deserted island with DSL, a laptop, my kids, and indoor plumbing, and i'll do fine.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
life. I once watched a 60 minutes special with 6 octogenarians and the question was asked of Norman Lear whether he would have done anything differently. His reply, paraphrased of course, was NO, EVERYTHING HE HAD DONE TO THAT POINT IN HIS LIFE, WHETHER IT HAD BEEN GOOD OR BAD AT THAT TIME HAD MADE HIM INTO THE PERSON HE WAS TODAY. I like the way he thinks.
On a typical Friday night I am
what's typical, i could be with my kids, out with friends, home with a friend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
see the "I'm really good at" section. LOL
You should message me if
Your mature, but not stodgy. You own a car and don't need to borrow gas money. You like to go out and have fun and can stay home and watch a movie and eat popcorn and have just as much fun. If you see dead people. (just kidding on that one)
