My self-summary
I'm laid back and easy going. I don't get worked up about things.

I love computers and video games. Love Linux and troubleshooting problems.

I'm very sarcastic and facetious, so I tend to show my love for people by poking fun of them.

I moved to Lansing for a job and I don't know a whole lot of people here.

I put "other" as my religion because I don't know if it actually applies. I try to follow the philosophical teachings of Confucius, which is the closest thing to a religion the Chinese have. I don't believe in a god, however.

Politically I lean more left, though I like to think I'm reasonable. I'm more concerned with with what benefits "us" rather than "me".

I know I only have one photo of me, but I'm not the kind of person to take photos, let alone be in them.
What I’m doing with my life
Working to make just enough to get by and enjoy life. I'm not concerned with money and like keeping life simple.

As Confucius said: Life is quite simple, we just insist on making it difficult
I’m really good at
I'm really good at building and fixing computers, troubleshooting computer problems.

I'm really good at video games, if that counts.

I've been known to be pretty good at comebacks, insults and burns. Entirely playful, never with the intent of attacking someone.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have tons of t shirts with video game references on them. People are also always surprised to learn I'm actually Chinese (Half, but 90% of my family is Chinese)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Classic poems like The Divine Comedy. I tend to prefer stuff written in verse by people who have been dead for hundreds of years. I've been known to read Harry Potter and the Witcher series.

Favourite movie: The Big Lebowski is the easiest choice. I've seen too many movies to really list everything I genuinely like.

Favourite show: House. This is the only show I can definitively say off the top of my head I love. You would have to ask me what I like for me to have an answer for you. It's hard for me to come up with a list here.

Favourite music: Mostly electronic or industrial, but love most kinds of music.

Favourite food: Chinese, Mexican, Greek. In that order.
The six things I could never do without
My computer.
My video games
My comic books
The interwebs

....get back to me on the last two
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My hobbies. I really like video games, they're the one thing that keeps me distracted since I live alone at the moment, on account of working outside my home country.

My work. I'm always trying to improve my skills and knowledge

Where I may go later in my life, I never know what I want to do with myself. I've played with the idea of going to Taiwan, my moms home country, to teach English.

US politics. Some of the stuff going on lately is super scary. You could have Trump as president.

Just how to improve myself in general. Confucius said that all people have the drive to improve themselves, and I do my best to do that.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually enjoying my time off, playing World of Warcraft and watching some TV. Even though I work hard at my job, I always put time aside to do what I enjoy
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm Canadian, living in America. Aside from that, I'm very open.
You should message me if
If you like technology, video games. If you want a friend who's willing to listen to you if you're upset, have a problem or just want to talk. I just enjoy having someone to talk to. Someone who wants to have in depth discussions about politics, ideologies, technology or games always helps.
