What I’m doing with my life
I'm still trying to figure out what I'm trying to do with my life. I have a job that pays the bills and gives me enough spending money that makes me comfortable. This makes it a little hard to go into something else, since I am a little lazy.
I’m really good at
I'm pretty good at trivia. I do pretty well at random facts. I do like occasionally telling a lie that verges on hyperbole for comedic value. You will get bonus points if you just laugh as opposed to asking "really?" to these fabrications. They are meant as a joke so I like when they are immediately understood. I manage to do ok at most things I try. I am not fantastic at everything, but I try to be proficient enough to keep up with people who have an interest in things.
The first things people usually notice about me
My sense of humor. People notice my fantastic physical traits more gradually
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo. I'm not too much into revenge as a person, but I do it in book form (at least that one.) I read a little bit of everything, and do have a guilty pleasure of reading the Sci-fi/fantasy genre to the detriment of my classics repetoire (I'm most guilty of not being able to finish a Dostoevsky novel). Whatever book you recommend I would probably would be open to reading, except for romance novels.

I have an eclectic taste in movies as well. I do get drawn to directors or cinemetographers which gives an idea. Christopher Nolan, Danny Boyle, and Ang Lee movies I like (and the pre-fame/breakout works of all of them are fantastic). I like horribly cliche action films and comedies as well. My top guilty pleasures for action films are Conan the Barbarian and Point Break. I do have to see a few romantic comedies every year as well. The only films I don't watch are horror.

For shows, what I wait with bated breath to come out on netflix are Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Mad Men, How I Met Your Mother, and Family Guy. When watching TV shows, I do like to talk fairly regularly throughout, so you might have to practice patience if that is a pet peeve.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a story that ends with a dead dog that my family treats as a joke. It took me years to figure out that most everyone else finds it morbid
