My self-summary
Let's start with my username. It's from a book I started to write a few years ago.I love to write, and I can generally loose hours typing without even knowing where the time has gone. I would love to call myself a writer, but my inner editor kicks in.It makes me wonder if the book is as good as I think it is :D.

This past November I participated in Nanowrimo (National Novel Writing Month). I didn't make it to the goal of 50 thousand words, but I did get a pretty detailed outline and background information written that will help me finish writing it.

It's really hard for me to summarize myself, because I do a lot of things.

I used to act in non-profit short films. I was the lead in a few of them, but none of them won any sort of award. However, it was a great learning experience for me.

I have worked as a nanny since the end of 2009. I've had a lot of people ask me why I choose to be a nanny. The number one reason is I love children. I have seen how a baby is born with very little abilities, and how they develop different skills as they get older. Also, watching their personalities form is simply amazing to me.

The second reason I chose to be a nanny is because I can take my child to work with me. There is a small pay cut, but the cost of having my own nanny costs almost 3 times the amount I'd lose. Plus, being a nanny, I see the effect of having a nanny has on the bond between the parents and the children. (not in every case of course.

I have also worked as an Uber/Lyft driver in the past. Probably the most awesome job ever. I got to meet many people and hear the funniest stories. I spent my day driving around San Francisco, and laughing in the car with random people. Who could ask for more?

I have had a lot of fun the past 6 years trying to discover who I am and who I want to be. I am still lost in the wonder of San Francisco, and I have been here almost 8 years! However, I've decided to take on the adventure of going to the Netherlands as an Au pair for a year!

One thing about me is I love trying new things. I am very social, and I talk a lot when I am nervous. I will keep adding more a little bit later. I just really needed to update this.
What I’m doing with my life
I used to nanny full time in San Francisco, but then I got an amazing opportunity to move to the Netherlands for a year as an Au pair. So I will be doing that from end of February 2017-2018!

I have wandered around Haarlem, and Amsterdam a little bit over the holidays. I'm really excited to come back and learn more. It was really hard for me to get on the plane back to the states knowing I'd be back the next month! Haha.
I’m really good at
acting, dancing, relaxing, multitasking. Fixing random things in unconventional ways. Anything to do with kids.

Practicing Archery and sword fighting. Would love to be better at these.

I love to write, and I would love to put that I am really good at it :P
The first things people usually notice about me
Usually my eyes. I have had strangers approach me and compliment me about them.

Something else would probably be my sarcasm, and my creativity.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Great and Terrible Beauty trilogy, Outlander, (love the spirited relationship between Claire and Jaime). Lately I read a lot online about how to achieve different things. I have been out living life more so then reading lately! I love to read, but the book has to be written well enough to transport me into its world. If you know what I mean?

Movies: I don't watch a TON of movies, but I did enjoy: Burlesque, Great Gatsby, Firefly, Recently got into Doctor Who.
Genres I generally like are; Comedy, Romantic Comedy, Sci-Fi / Fantasy and some action films.

Music: Almost anything. As long as they aren't screaming too bad for me to be able to understand what they are saying. I'm not really into heavy metal. My favorite is pop or techno....something that is really fun to dance too. I like. Classical and I have only seen opera once so I can't make a judgment on that yet.

Food: Mexican is my absolute favorite. I have had some curry once, and I liked it. Pastas... Chinese.... I haven't had a lot of kinds of foods... but I try to be open.
Six things I could never do without
1)Friends.
2)Having kids.
3) Travel
4)Laughter.
5)Love.
6)God.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What my future will bring. Who my special someone is. Have I already met him? Will I meet him soon? Where will I end up settling down? Will I get to live internationally long term?
On a typical Friday night I am
Hanging out with friends, or walking along the beach.
