My self-summary
Never stop learning, never stop improving. Those are the two rules I try to live by. I like to have fun and I like hanging out with friends and family. Getting people to laugh and feel welcome is something I strive for; I know how it feels being an outsider. There is more to me but I'll leave that to you to find out.
What I’m doing with my life
I work as a programmer for a company in Buckhead and it's a blast being able to solve problems on a daily basis. It just feels good knowing I have the ability to create solutions that people need.

I also co-star in a comedy podcast called hindsight is 30-30 with a buddy of mine from church. It's a lot of fun and one of my favorite hobbies.

Outside of podcasting and programming, I fit in some time to work on my other hobbies: Photoshop, voice acting, music writing, drawing, story writing, and game design. It's a juggle at times but it makes me happy.
I’m really good at
Cooking is something I've found that I'm really good at. I've gotten much better at it over the years and I've been getting a lot of complements. I haven't tried anything amazingly complicated yet though but I'm better at doing more than the basics.

I'm a deep thinker, able to view things from different angles while trying to find meaning or truth out of something. I know how to research to prove or disapprove something and I'll look it up just because I'm curious.
The first things people usually notice about me
I come across as friendly and inviting, I'm guessing that by how many people come up to talk to me at random.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Discworld series.
The Dresden Files series.
I don't really have any favorites, I just like to experience some books then move on to the next experience. I go though a lot of audio books in a normal month.

Most action and comedy movies are good watching.

I don't watch much tv anymore, but I Netflix/hulu/youtube random things. Usually history or comedy.

I like most music that sounds like some effort was put into it. Lately I've been really grooving to Parov Stelar.

Chinese, sushi and BBQ are my favorites. I've also been kind of obsessing over Korean BBQ lately, had some friends introduce me to it and I LOVE IT!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What am I doing this weekend? Which of my hobbies am I going to work on this time? What new recipe do I want to try this time? Why is this song stuck in my head?
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm usually finding something fun to do on a Friday. Either hanging out with friends playing board games, going out somewhere with a social group, or finding something else.
You should message me if
I'm looking for someone who can keep up with me. I want a partner to go out and try things with, to be comfortable enough to hang out at my place watching tv or playing a video game, someone that can keep up with my busy mind and hear me out when I go in my musings or join in the fun, and someone who is confident in who they are and are trying to improve themselves. You don't have to be all of those things, but some of those would be nice.

Note: I have a hard preference towards dating other Christians. I'm a Baptist and I want to have a girlfriend and eventually wife who is traveling down the same walk as me. I'm not a perfect Christian, and I don't expect you to be either, but I need someone who has the same faith as I do. It's important to me.
