My self-summary
I'm a nice guy with manners, a big heart, and wear my emotions on my sleeve, but I drink Weird by the gallon and consider "eccentric" to be a massive compliment.

If you are down to earth, full of compassion, and have an open mind send me a message! I would love to hear from you.

What I am Looking For
I am looking for a serious, long term, monogamous relationship.

I want to really connect with someone.
I want a partner.

What I am Not Looking For
Someone who is juggling boys, only interested in non-committed "dating", perpetual partying, etc. Been there, done that.

Ok, back to "my self summary"…

To summarize yourself in a little box seems to be unfitting unless you are a cat awaiting the opening of the box.

I like to think I am an artist of some sort, per chance of many sorts. I do graphic design, I take pictures, I create user experiences, I make videos, I record music… Is that me? I'm not sure.

I've been called "a creative", "a musician", "a geek", "a performer", "an eccentric" (I love that compliment!), "down to earth", "a composer", "a painter", "a singer", etc.
What I’m doing with my life
Getting to the core of what is important; trying to experience this world, keep an open eye for the excitement of The New, dig into the overlooked as art, try to never age mentally, and keep finding the inherit beauty that this sometimes difficult life can provide.
I’m really good at
Being there for my friends and loved ones when they need me.

If I hear that someone might not be doing ok, I get a hold of them and make sure they are OK.

I'm also pretty good at making fun of myself. I love being silly and making jokes, so better to be the fall guy than make someone else one.

Some have said I'm good at "grokking things with a larger view," while other have said that I am "…exceptionally talented!"

If I ever proclaimed myself to be exceptionally talented, then I clearly wouldn't be pushing myself hard enough to be as talented as the statement proclaims.
The first things people usually notice about me
People always seem to notice my eyes, my long dreadlocks that make
me stand out, and my quirky laugh.

Well seeing that okc took away the "awards" section of the
profiles, I wanted to write something here about what I notice
& like about this man....

T cares very much for the people in his life. Dependable and
thoughtful, he will drive across town to give you a hug if you
desperately need one. His kindness runs deep, but don't get me
wrong, he is not a sucker, and does not put up with being taken
advantage of.

What a juicy, active brain he has! His creativity and artistic eye
run deep in everything he does-- whether that be cooking, his
music, photography, or his words.

And yes, he is, in fact, a snazzy dresser. I really appreciate that
he is one of the few men in my life who are truly conscious about
his appearance -- and yet he manages not to be superficial or

With all of T's bubbling brain matter, it means that conversations
are never dull with this man. A jack-of-many-trades, he will engage
you on a wide variety of topics in a delightfully meandering

A straight talker, T will say how he feels without any of the bull,
while still doing it with compassion and mutuality. He is not one
of these people who say they are radically honest, just so they can
slap someone with their words. Instead, honesty and respect are
harmonized to create a refreshing level of communication which I
have found rare in many people.

So, yeah, I'm a fan of T. And if you ever meet him, you will too!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I just watched the "Man With No Name" trilogy by Sergio Leone. I was never a fan of "Westerns", but these three movies, especially "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly", are just breath taking in their cinematic brush strokes that slowly swirl around you and suck you in.

I suspect my love of Leone's films stem from the fact that I love Akira Kirosawa who's epic samurai films were the direct basis for many of these Westerns.

I just love good film. Brazil, Blade Runner, Dr. Strangelove, etc. are just a few of my favourite movies.

I write a lot of music (everything from "noise" to folk, and nearly everything in between), but oddly don't listen to much music. I always get excited when someone else turns me on to something new.

I cook. A lot.
Food is a passion of mine, almost as much as music. I love the exploration of food and the zen ballet dance of making new dishes.
Six things I could never do without
-Air. (Preferably the kind thrown off the sea.)

-Shelter. (Well, shelter can sometimes be easy to come by; I pack a pillow where ever I go since my dreadlocks are nice and foofy.)

-Water. (Preferably in more fanciful manifestations like Madeira.)

-Food. (Preferably sushi.)

(What is next in the "Rule of Threes"?)

-A camera. (I see too many virtual frames around images I walk past and not having something to solidify that moment would drive me nuts.)

-A net connection. Sadly, tech runs in my blood as does the ability to access my friends across the globe, my family, information, and the content to learn.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Crazy projects!

I come up with inventions, art, music, food dishes, film concepts, etc. all the time. That is how my mind "idles".

"Wouldn't it be cool if.…" is a common statement to cross my lips.
On a typical Friday night I am
Having a mellow time with good friends or taking night time photographs of plants on the edge of a beach.

I'm not as interested in the clubs, bars and decibels that bleed over into conversation and the actual connection between people.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I only do that in person.
