I love animals and nature, hiking, camping, canoeing, going to the beach, anything that involves being outside. Also good food, wine and beer.
I'm from Hawaii, my mother, brother and I are the only ones in my family on the east coast. Dad and rest of the family are on the west coast and Hawaii. How'd we end up out here by ourselves? My mom worked in DC while in the military. Now both of my parents are retired Air Force, met while stationed in Hawaii, but unlike the other halfies you've met, my father is the one who's Japanese, not mother.
I lived in Richmond for about nine years, now in northern VA, waiting to see where I'll end up next. I am back in Richmond pretty much every week, though. I guess I'm not quite ready to leave it for good. Lately however, I've been finding myself up in DC area quite a bit, since my brother recently moved there, I've got a comfortable place to crash when in town. Can you tell Stafford just isn't keeping me as entertained as I'd like? I'm an all up-and-down 95 city-girl, who enjoys getting out to the country, beach or mountains if I've got someone to keep me company.
I would love to travel ASAP, live in London for some time, visit as much of Europe as I can. I've only been to beach vacation spots with the family. Living on an island with the most perfect beaches you'll ever see, made family vacations center mostly around the Gulf, Caribbean, east and west coast beaches. Still haven't found a beach prettier than the ones on Hawaii. I suppose we should have visited Thailand or Bora Bora. Hey, maybe someday with someone special? I'm a total beach bum, if you can't tell.
I'm interested in a lot of things and am open to trying new things. I enjoy relaxing and having a laid back lifestyle with a strong desire for challenges and excitement.
I don't know...I just like having something awesome happen everyday.
I'm gradually discovering the type of career that'll truly make me happy. I have a degree in Biology and usually a job working with animals-- assisting those who own them, vets who take care of them, finding homes for them, studying the habitat they live in. As for long term employment, if I'll ever be ready to "settle" I'll eventually finish the additional schooling I need to pursue a career outside the animal care field.

I'm a little distracted in the sense that I focus on what to do after, not what I'm doing at present. I feel like life is too short to just settle. Any of that make sense?
Basically, I like to switch it up, keep things interesting.
I enjoy watching football, listening to hip hop/rap/r&b, playing video games. I'm on the verge of one day becoming a crazy cat lady, actually just down to two.
Oh, and I'm kind of a sucker for blue eyes.
Even though I may seem like the type who would have trouble committing, I am actually looking, or I should say hoping, to find someone to spend time with and get to know.
Keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing, and there's so much to smile about.
