My self-summary
Nothing makes me happier than having long conversations deep into the night about film, politics or whatever is going on in the culture. I believe if you have an interest in something you have to throw yourself into it deeply. I love talking to people. I pride myself at being able to handle any social situation and am always able to make friends.
What I’m doing with my life
I've been in LA for about 11 years and love it here. I'm originally from NY and have the accent to prove it. My day job is a typical office 9 to 5 in entertainment insurance but my passion remains my writing, be it scripts I've written or essays I've performed and published.
I’m really good at
Telling stories. It's the one thing I know I'm truly great at. Be it scripts I've written or essays I've performed and published.
The first things people usually notice about me
I feel like this is more of a question for you.

I recently read But What If We're Wrong? by Chuck Klosterman. It's a funny and smart read that makes you think about if the ideas we accept today as fact will still be considered so in the future

Food: I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy.
Six things I could never do without
1. Movie theaters
2. Aroma, an amazing cafe I go to catch up with people or clear my head
3. Sardo's, my dive karaoke bar hangout in Burbank where I met many great LA friends
4. Television. I'm probably the only person you know who still pays for cable
5. Telling stories
6. People
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My next move and how to build a career on the things I care about.

Overthinking this profile.
On a typical Friday night I am
At dive bar grabbing a drink and having long debates with friends.

At the movies seeing whatever might have came out, be it a huge blockbuster or an arty indie.

Looking for some sort of “adventure” that will give me another great story to perform on stage.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m pretty much an open book. Ask away.
You should message me if
I'm looking for someone who appreciates the different interests of others. Someone with a story to tell. Someone who thinks Annie Hall is a perfect film. Someone who believes in and is passionate about something, anything.
The two of us
