My self-summary
Adorkable Non-Christian politically liberal disabled geek girl, both a wheelchair user and on the autistic spectrum, looking for a compatible geek boy of similar age, interests, and ideals. I'm not your traditional woman. I'm more comfortable in jeans than a cocktail dress, more comfortable on a computer than at a party, and more comfortable with animals than people. Playing D&D in any form (computer game, table top game, online email game, etc.) is my thing. I come complete with wheelchair, service dog, and dice bag.

Yes, for those curious, I can still walk some, and I'm grateful for it.

It has been pointed out, too, that I "didn't mention sex" in this profile. I do not understand why that is necessary? Would one ask that if I weren't a wheelchair user? But, for those curious, yes, I am fully functional in that regard and do enjoy a good romp in the bedsheets with the one I love.

I don't drive currently, though I'd love to be able to have a car with hand controls one day, but I am sure that we can work around that if we are compatible.
What I’m doing with my life
I have been married and divorced twice. Neither experience has reduced my desire to marry again. I two children by my first marriage, both of whom are adults with lives of their own, both in their 30's. I've been on my own for the last 9 years.Despite my prior two marriages, I hope to get married again, though I really don't want to raise any more kids.

I recently attempted going back to school. Unfortunately, that ended after a month as I found I was physically, emotionally, and spiritually taxed beyond my limits and had to withdraw. I do not regret it, though. I found that I am, indeed, an intelligent woman and I learned that I do have limits which I need to respect in order to stay healthy.

Too often, when one has a disability, one tends to forget that one is, indeed, working within limits until those limits are challenged in some manner. That said I'm willing to test those limits whenever possible, especially if it's something fun.

Whatever it is you love to do, I'm game to try and find a way to do it with you.

So tell me, what is it you like to do?
I’m really good at
The number one thing I'm good at is honesty. Often to a fault, some would say. Even what some call "white lies" are difficult for me, and I often end up telling on myself.

I am good at making people smile. Often I enjoy waving and smiling at people when I am waiting on the bus. It's fun to see their reactions.

I enjoy being creative, whether it's writing, or making a picture in DAZ Studio, or even coloring with crayons.

Currently I am playing Skyrim and I'm into an email D&D game. I am saving money to buy a new computer, or the parts to build one (whichever is cheaper). I am a beginning knitter, intermediate crocheter, and I dabble in chainmail from time to time. But I especially enjoy writing, and I do that best of all.

I am politically liberal and have an open mind and heart. I believe in equal rights for all, including but not exclusive to LGBTQ. I am also Pro Choice.
The first things people usually notice about me
The smile on my face along with my positive attitude and strength of spirit, sweet innocence, and trusting nature. "Cute" and "Adorable" are two words often attributed to me.

Though lately it seems that my assistance dog, Duke, is the show stopper. And who can blame them? He is a very handsome and talented black Lab.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite author is
R. A. Salvatore. I'm a Drizzt fan girl, but I also enjoy his DemonWars novels. I also enjoy [[Neil Gaiman]: American Gods is one of my favorites.

I am loving playing Skyrim on my PC.

I have a variety of taste in music from Beatles to KISS, to Cauterized and lots of stuff in between.

As with music, my taste in food is varied as well. I love chocolate, though. And dutch salty licorice. But I'm sure I'll love whatever you cook, as my culinary skills leave much to be desired. I'd love to learn, though; so if you would be my teacher, I would love that!

I enjoy a variety of movies as well, but my guilty pleasure is superhero movies, especially the ones from the Marvel universe. I loved Age of Ultron.
Six things I could never do without
1. Optimism and the belief that things will work out.
2. Chocolate.
3. My dog.
4. A good book.
5. A bag of polyhedral dice
6. My computer and the Internet.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time thinking about that which I want to manifest in my life. I believe strongly in Law of Attraction/The Secret and practice it daily with expressions of gratitude and visualizing and meditating on what I want in my life. Right now my two main focuses are an income that is more than enough and a loving man who shares my interests.

I also have been giving a lot of thought as to what I want to do with the rest of my life and what I want to study at Ivy Tech.

I think a lot about D&D character builds and what character I want to play next. And Skyrim character builds.

And... Oh... Butterfly!
On a typical Friday night I am
If I'm not playing on the computer, either online or playing Skyrim, then I'm reading a good book or watching something on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
In addition to being mobility impaired, I have Asperger Syndrome. I hope to find someone who can roll with that.

In fact, you think it's kind of cool. are for gay rights(including the right to marry) and are pro-choice regarding a women's right to have an abortion and believe that everyone has the right to good healthcare, regardless of their income. Bonus points if you are for abolishing the IRS and replacing it with the FairTax.

...your are open minded about religion.

...if the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau speak to you on a spiritual level.

Bonus points if you believe in and practice the Law of Attractionand metaphysics.

And if you share the same geeky interests that I do, by all means get in contact with me. Life is easier when you have the same interests to talk about and do together.

Fit that description? Then drop be a line! I look forward to hearing from you.
