My son is now beginning his second year of college, and while I miss him, I'm suddenly free all the time.
I like kids, by the way, so if you have any, that's fine with me.
I love the Northwest, and I play outside in all the seasons
I'm passionate about the outdoors, for nature, both recreationally and in a pantheistic sense. I love swimming in lakes and rivers, kayaking, hiking, skiing in the winter, or simply throwing a Frisbee in the park. While I like doing these things, I'm not Type-A about it all; I simply revel in nature. Ideally I'd like to share some of these activities with a partner.
While I love being outside, I am also very content hanging out at home, cooking and sharing a good meal with friends, watching a movie, reading, etc. I love going out to the movies, and am often at my local Laurelhurst theater. I also enjoy going to the Laurelthirst on occasion, for the music and good vibes.
I'm full of kinetic energy. I'm also sensitive, perceptive, inquisitive, and passionate. I have a great sense of humor,(sometimes sarcastic),
and have a youthful spirit.
At 54, I don't pretend to have it all figured out, but rather, am enjoying the ride whilst still growing.
Being physically active. Overanalyzing. Procrastinating!
My expressive nature, and propensity to converse.

Food: I eat pretty healthy most of the time, a little meat, a lot of veggies. My son and I always ate a salad after the main course. Good beer, and maybe a burger, after a hike in the gorge. Pasta.
I love making a crisp with fresh fruit picked out at Sauvie's Island.
My next adventure, big or small.
or simply staying in. Love cooking and sharing a meal.
You love the outdoors/nature, and are active in it.
You wanna meet for a cup of coffee or a beer,
and have a conversation.
