My self-summary
Hey there. My name’s Laura and I’m a your atypical classical conservatory student currently on a Jazz kick. When I’m not finishing up my degree in Viola Performance, you can find me teaching cute kids violin and viola or playing concerts around the city with all kinds of crazy musicians. I’m a California native but after just a few years in this city I think I’ve found where I belong. When I’m not doing the music thing, I’m a fan of adventures whether small- checking out a cool hipster bar- or big- going on a road trip cross country. So if you’re up for an adventure- (doesn’t have to be big!) send me a message and we’ll see where things go :)
What I’m doing with my life
Practicing. Performing. Rolling cigarettes. Studying scores. Finding beer. Working with others. Finding solutions. Teaching. Learning.

This is the lighter side of makin music (yayindiefolkgroups)

Also If you like beer, lofts and brooklyn. Come check out one of the companies I'm so grateful to be playing with.
