I guess I need to come right out and say this. I am not really on this site to meet the man of my dreams. I don't have those types of unrealistic expectations... ok, I have lots, just not for this site. ;oP I started this account to meet new PEOPLE. People who were outside my circle. Outside of the area. I feel that I am a minority in this. I think it is creepy when random guys message me initially with a date request or a "what's up sexy" message. If I message you back, or even message you initially, it doesn't mean I want in your pants, it means that I found you interesting. I really don't want to sound odd or elitist, but it is the truth.
I have had this account for yeeeeaaars. For a long time, it was amusing. The messages you get as a woman.. wow?? …… Think, has that EVER worked and what dumb hole did you pull that from?? haha.
You can't tell a person from an e-mail. I would restrict my intentions to just freinds, but I do realize that there may be POSSIBILITY of meeting someone and after REALLY GETTING TO KNOW THEM then/and dating. I try to keep an open mind about all aspects of life. I realize that this IS a dating site and I was prepared to suffer the consequences (haha) but there are several people I have met on this site that I ended up keeping in contact with and/ or becoming good friends with. I just wanted to get that out there. also, these days, or at this point in my life, I have come to realize that most my age have moved on from peer-bonding to pair-bonding. Oklahoma has a lot to do with this, i believe. But, I had a friend tell me, when she was a mere 27-years-old say that she was too old to go to concerts. wuuuuuuuutt? my mom was willing to go clubbing just 5 years or less ago!. haha! You are only as old as you make yourself. Regardless, I still love my friend's very much….. oops… sorry… tangent!I Just filtering out the people who really don't read profiles.<:o.
I love learning new things. I love all sorts of animals which is why I am a vegetarian,.. or part of the reason. I find the world both fascinating and disgusting. The history of things intrigues me. The history of anything, really. I like finding out where things came from, how we got to where we are now. Medical history is especially fascinating.
I am sweet, pony, and doughnut. those were the 3 words you originally had to describe yourself with.
Awhile ago, I was struck with a fever to make music despite the fact that I hadn't picked up an instrument since middle school. I was good when I did, so I have a small amount of faith... its just the learning process that is trying.Years ago, I tried to figure out all of the ins and outs of Ableton Live, Reason, Logic Pro. But, my computer crashed and everything was erased… including the programs, which… well, let's just say I was helped obtaining. also, learning all of those programs by myself was kindof.. well... lonely... and confusing as hell. So, I am still hoping that some great knower of all electronic music will pop in and assist me... or hoping to meet someone who knows at least slightly what they are doing and would like to bear or explore something new with me to create something together. Keep an open mind to all things and ways
I noticed your hat. It's a cool hat.
sadly, that hat has been created and stolen 3 times. my friend has refused to make me another. :o(

If you know of a band I might like, please share- I always love new music!! Plus, I have been pretty lazy with keeping up with new bands… or finding old ones. One I did recently come across was The Nerves, whom I stumbled across by finding out that they were the original creators of the song made famous by Blondie, "Hanging on the Telephone."
art (or creativity, rather- in any form)
my favorite songs as a child were, "come undone" by duran duran, "how soon is now?" by the smiths, and "unbelievable" by skin.
i used to choreograph my own dances as a child and perform them for no one.
