My self-summary
I love new food, travel to exotic places, saving the environment, great company and breaking the mould a little!

Kinda sounds like what most people say on these sites but then i'm always amazed how many people like the same old stuff over and over again.

Have just returned to Auckland from Melbourne where i have been for 3yrs and loving being back!

Would love to meet like minded people who are up for exploring new things and finding new favourites :)
What I’m doing with my life
Making it up every day and still not sure but as long as i'm having a bloody good time i'll keep doing what i'm doing! Maybe make a suggestion as I'm easily swayed......
I’m really good at
Cooking - especially trying to make something out of random stuff in the fridge
Planning for travel, love that even to the point I have spreadsheets.......yup spreadsheets
Being silly - life is too serious sometimes, i'm up for having some fun
The first things people usually notice about me
The sparkle in my eyes or my wrist tattoos
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
It's near impossible to pick my favourite books, movies, shows or food. I seem to change what my favourite is every time I come across something new and cool.

Favourite movie for the week: Moonrise Kingdom, not being that much of a Wes Anderson fan I was surprised by how cute and funny this was. Loved it. Prior to that was a Thai film called chocolate (dubbed in Russian with English subtitles ha ha)

Favourite book of the month: Just re-read the Hobbit and loved it, I read it once when I was 13 and reading it again (prior to watching the movie) it was just as fresh and charming now as then. Prior to that was Pork Bones and Watercress by Barry Crump......loved it!

Favourite TV show: I don't watch tv shows although I did watch the Game of Thrones series purely to see how close to the book they could get. Pretty darn close.

Favourite way I can say this as it changes daily. Whatever is fresh, locally produced and healthy for you!

Maybe my favourite of all these things is when i discover something a little off beat and amazing and that takes first place for a week.
Six things I could never do without
hmmmm, I'm going to take it that necessities are already covered.

1. a well provisioned kitchen (this includes quality knives)
2. super fast internet
3. good wine, beer and party favours in the cupboard
4. music, sweet music
5. hot sunny days and balmy nights
6. great friends to enjoy the above with me
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How much better this place could be if people just cared a little more about each other instead of themselves. That and the fact that human greed makes me sad/angry.
On a typical Friday night I am
there is such a thing as a typical Friday night? Partying, reading, cooking, watching a movie, hanging with friends, sleeping, camping.............. the list is endless, typically Friday night isn't typical!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
i play dungeons and dragons with a bunch of friends
You should message me if
you like having a damn good time and like to break the mould a little!
