My self-summary
Sorry guys, I'm in a relationship.... I'll not be signing on to here, but I wish you all luck in your search for that special someone. Catch ya later!

Hey guys, welcome to my page. Now, I could tell you the same things you read on every profile, such as how I am extremely open minded, and I'm up for just about anything you can throw at me. How I love being outdoors, in the water, hiking, horseback riding, blah, blah, blah... Basically, I'm just a really active person who knows what I want in life. Traveling is a must for me, and I seem to be constantly on the go.

I really enjoy football, and am a big Saints fan. Don't worry, I was a fan before their Super Bowl win. I love to go to New Orleans, and try to visit there at least once a year.

At this point in my life, I am looking to travel, meet new people, live life, make mistakes, have a million different experiences, and then at some point during the journey, run into someone I find that I could spend the rest of my life with. This profile's purpose is to find someone I can enjoy spending my time with without the pressures of wanting to fall hopelessly in love. If that is the only thing you are looking for on here, please continue on to the next profile. I do not want to take up any more of your time. People sometimes take this time of their lives so seriously, and I think it's because of their fear of ending up alone. They really forget to have fun and worry way to much about finding "the one". I just want someone who can travel with me, make me laugh, and keep a great conversation going. Yes, I do want to find my guy, but I will find him sooner or later. He and I are just busy right now living our lives and we will eventually run into each other and live happily ever after, cooking, laughing, traveling the world, and just living life to the fullest. Until then, I'm happy to explore and see what this vastly diverse world has to offer.
What I’m doing with my life
I graduated back in December of 2012 from Baylor University, with a degree in Psychology. I am currently a case manager of some group homes here in Austin for those with intellectual disabilities. I absolutely love my job, and take pride in what I do. I am a firm believer in service to others, and trying to make others' lives better. It's a rewarding job, but can be stressful at times, of course.
I’m really good at
I love to sing, and it seems that no matter where I am, I'm humming or singing to something stuck in my head, or working on a new song I'm composing at the moment.

I am also a great cook. Seriously. I LOVE food, and I love experimenting in the kitchen, cooking with others (total plus if you're into this), making new dishes, etc.
The first things people usually notice about me
People tend to notice my eyes and my height rather quickly, being 5'3 and a half and all. There wasn't a way to include the half, so I thought I'd come clean about my height here. You know what they say about honesty...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite literature/authors... Gah there are so many, but I do love Brave New World, Heart Shaped Box, A Dark Matter, Books of Blood by Clive Barker, Warriors Dont Cry, All Quiet on the Western Front, Night, the Jungle, The Sookie Stackhouse Series, 1984, any Greek or Norse mythology, Paradise Lost, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Walt Whitman, Beowulf, the Iliad and the Odyssey, anything by Poe (believe it or not, I'm related to him), and anything by Shakespeare.

Favorite movies: Shawshank Redemption, Count of Monte Cristo, Boondock Saints, Pan's Labyrinth, Marx Brothers Movies (Esp Duck Soup and Animal Crackers), The Godfather movies, a Beautiful Mind, the Lost Boys, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Fight Club, the A-Team, Dragonheart, Braveheart, Spellbound (1945), 12 Angry Men, It's a Wonderful Life, Nosferatu (1922), Casa Blanca, Tangled, How to Train Your Dragon, The Lion King (also the BEST broadway), Brave, just about any super hero movies, Sherlock Holmes, Gladiator, the Da Vinci Code, Evan Almighty, Dinner for Schmucks, Green Mile, Phantom of the Opera, the Saw series, Hell Raiser, Nightmare on Elm Street, Michael Myers, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Paranormal Activity, Interview with a Vampire, 300, The Hunger Games, Les Miserables, Blade, a Clockwork Orange, the Strangers, V for Vendetta, Good Will Hunting, the Talented Mr. Ripley, Grease, P.S. I Love You, Inception, Limitless, the Hangover, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Quick and the Dead, and a thousand others. Seriously though, my FAVORITE movies are scary movies; they are the best.

TV Shows: Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Vikings, the Walking Dead, American Horror Story, the Borgias, Boardwalk Empire, Sons of Anarchy, the Big Bang Theory, Dexter, The Tudors, Luther, CSI Las Vegas, NCIS, Criminal Minds, the Mentalist, Lie to Me, Rome, True Blood, Planet Earth, the Golden Girls, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, The Vampire Diaries, Beauty and the Beast, Friends, It's Always Sunny, Seinfeld, and many others.

Music wise, I listen to so many different things. I sing country music, and my library has so many different genres of music on it... Irish folk and pub rock, old country, all kinds of rock, classical, dubstep, indie, acoustic, and many, many others. I just don't like scream-o or the really gritty hard stuff.

Favorite foods... I do love a good steak cooked rare, seafood, Sushi/Sashimi, Greek, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican... Really I just love food, and I love to cook. I'm pretty adventuresome and will try just about anything.
Six things I could never do without
-Close loved ones
-Trees and Bees

(I know I cheated, but I need the trees and the bees).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Cleaner and healthier ways of cooking, eating, and residing here on Earth.

Basic human interactions. I love to people watch.

The fact that every single person has their own unique story to tell, and they are here, living life, doing the best they can with what they were given.

What would be the best way to reach out and touch other people's lives for the better, and how to make a difference in some positive way during this lifetime.

The best way to serve people in my field, and to ensure the best possible care for them.

Why there is so much hatred in this world. Why people feel the need to judge others, regardless of their own personal belief systems and religions. We are here to love one another and to positively influence the lives of others, not to make each other miserable.
On a typical Friday night I am
Exploring what Austin has to offer. Socializing. Who knows? I like to be spontaneous. When I don't feel like going out or doing something, I may just sit back and read, catch up on a TV show I'm not caught up with, or write music.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a rather interesting hobby that I could tell you about...
You should message me if
