(Update- Waiting to find out about possible job in Philadelphia- made it through round 2- just 1 more interview hurdle and a little something else... chances are looking good for a move in my future, but I don't want to jinx it.)
My life is slightly up in the air at the moment- but one never knows where/when the right person might turn up- so here I am.
I'm a practical adventurer who loves the idea of living life on the road, as much as, I'd like a family (kids) of my own one day (soonish, I won't lie). I'm a women with many sides - passion, adventure, practical & the home, to name just a few.
I consider myself intelligent (intelligence to me is about knowing how to think, not knowing about specific things) and require the same from the people I surround myself with- that doesn't mean we have to always agree, it doesn't mean we have to know about the same types of things , but having intelligent conversations is a must. If someone lacks depth and intelligence and ideas of their own- boredom is soon to follow. Silly conversations and jokes can be tons of fun, but there still needs to be something of substance underneath the fun.
When the right offer, career or romantic, comes my way... I'll know which direction to turn.
Not bragging ;)
Books: From Jane Austin to J.K Rowling, fiction & nonfiction.
I'm currently in picking at about 3 books, all non-fiction. Looking for a new fiction book to catch my attention.
Other things I like - in list:
board games/card games etc.
good beer (I drink wine and mixed drinks too, when the mood hits)
a game of pool (although I'm not exactly good)
having great conversations
arts & crafts
-- and I'm sure a ton more things--
pen and journal
a car (In the USA)
books (not electronic- but actual paper)
You accept people have quirks and that's cool
You want to have a family at some point- though that does not mean I want to rush a relationship just to have kids.
