Right now, I work full time as a sous chef in downtown State College. I like it there I get to make creative dishes daily, and just flex my culinary muscles. Learning how to fire spin, and play the stand-up bass. Cooking and baking for my friends. Hiking/camping.

Books: currently halfway through Don Quixote, planning on "A brief history of seven killings" next. In 2015 I read "War and Peace", "zen mind beginners mind", "Infinite Jest" which is simply amazing. All Of Song of Fire and Ice, Socratic Conversations, reread 9 Shagspar ;) plays, Crime and Punishment, Neuromancer, Brave New World, some Hunter S Thompson, some Chuck Palinuhk. With books I go sci/fi, fantasy, classics, and thrillers. I love dystopian future novels (no this does not mean teen garbage like the Divergent series or Hunger Games) like Fahrenheit 451 and 1984 which I have tattoos of both.
Movies: anything by Wes Anderson, Gulliermo deal Toro, Forest Gump, This is Spinal Tap, most things with Anthony Hopkins, all Sean Connery Daniel Craig and Pierce Brosdan bond films, Pixar movies, Godfather 1 and 2, crime films, superhero films, documentaries
Shows: AMC shows you can't go wrong, The Wire, Band of Brothers, Carnival, Rick and Morty, South Park, Penny Dreadful, Vikings, pbs shows, anything with Anthony Bordain
Music: Lots of jazz like Miles Davis and Coltrane. Classic Motown like the Temptations and Stevie Wonder. All kinds of funk from George Clinton and Pfunk, James Brown, to Lettuce and Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Lotus, Bonobo, Sbtrkt, Aleo Blacc, Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, The Clash, The Doors, Modest Mouse, Bass Nectat, Beats Antique, Keller Williams, Peter Tosh, Movado and Vybz Kartel, Tribe Called Quest, Kendrick Lamar, chance the rapper.
