What I’m doing with my life
Reviewing my facial-expression flash cards.

I work as a booth engineer for a movie theater company, which is an awesome way of saying I spend a lot of time in the car. It's an unusual, varied job that I like a lot.
I’m really good at
I keep hearing people say that they could listen to me talk for hours about anything, but I've never listened to myself for that long so they might just be doing their good deed for the day.
The first things people usually notice about me
I bet he cuts his own hair
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books - John Steinbeck, Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, Cormac McCarthy, pulpy sci-fi, A Song of Ice and Fire, Philip Pullman, Catch-22.

Movies - City of God, pulpy sci-fi, Roger Moore-era Bond, Die Hard 1-3, Star Wars, Super Troopers, Edgar Wright, Jackie Chan, The Usual Suspects.

TV - Arrested Development, Breaking Bad, Parks & Recreation, Dexter up through season 4, Community, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, South Park, early Simpsons, documentaries.

Music - my taste in music is all over the place. Wu Tang (GZA and Meth. Ghostface has a great vocal style but his records are overproduced), Radiohead, Amon Amarth (great for driving), Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Daft Punk (If I could take 3 albums with me to a desert island, I'd take 3 copies of Discovery).

Food - After moving to Toledo I found out I wasted my whole life not having Lebanese food.

My Favorite Kurt Russell Movies (In Order [Descending])
1. The Thing
2. Big Trouble in Little China
3. Escape from New York
4. Stargate
The six things I could never do without
Graffiti on trains, words and how they interact with one another (Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo), any kind of music, good whiskey, new socks, Oxford commas and my coffee maker.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What will the aliens look like? What if Carmen and Waldo had a kid?
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing expense reports, and rewatching Trailer Park Boys.

What opportunities for sledding exist in a state that's so flat?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I take silly things seriously and serious things hardly at all. That's not completely true.
You should message me if
You can tell when I'm kidding - I have a masterful poker face but it cracks for the dumbest jokes. You have a massive backlog of jokes that only work in specific circumstances and are trying to arrange your life so you can finally let them rip.
