My self-summary
UPDATE: Photos are now from the 2010's instead of the 2000's, definitely more "me" than before.

Wow, this is embarrassing. My self-summary (and whole profile, really) is horribly, horribly out-of-date. Pics are also REALLY old. Will update very soon...ish.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm my own boss! Not because I'm an entrepreneur or do freelance work, but because I'm unemployed.
I’m really good at
Making eggs. I know, eggs are easy enough, but it's a lost art to make an exceptionally delicious over-easy or scrambled egg.
The first things people usually notice about me
The hair, usually.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
This also needs tidying.
Six things I could never do without
With exception of life-sustaining needs (food, water, shelter), here's the best six I could think of at the moment:

1. Friends
2. Family
3. Spotify
4. Whisk(e)y
5. Sports, both playing and watching
6. Cats
On a typical Friday night I am
More often staying in than going out. Netflix and HBO Go are a powerful combo.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was very young, my parents and I went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The waiter asked them if they had adopted me from China.
You should message me if
You love music, and especially if you are musically inclined.
You not only appreciate correct spelling, grammar, and usage, but demand it of others. (Demand is a strong word, maybe encourage?)
You drink whisk(e)y.
You love old sayings and adages.
You love Alton Brown.
You want to swap guacamole recipes.
