I'm not particularly "girly". I rarely wear makeup, I never get my nails done, I never wear heels, and I dress stylishly but simply. I don't like spending a ton of money on clothes and shoes and that sort of thing. Of course I like to look cute, and I do clean up quite nicely for dates and special occasions, but I'm generally a very casual person.
I value experiences well over material things.
I did stand up comedy once. It went really well. I haven't done it since. I'm terrified I won't be so lucky next time.
I've done a lot of traveling and I'm always looking to do more. Most recently I spent three weeks wandering around Spain with my best friend.
I tend to surround myself with intelligent and witty people.
I enjoy art, literature, writing, camping, hiking, languages, travel, comedy, and more!
I also enjoy video games and board games.
Also, if I've learned anything recently, it's that honest is never the wrong way to be. We're adults, let's all be straightforward with each other, shall we?
I'm looking for a connection and intelligent conversation. Also in the market for high quality cuddles.
I feel like this profile makes me seem a lot more serious than I am. I'm actually quite fun and silly, but it takes me a while to be super comfortable with people.
I've got a steady and reliable job enabling the world's caffeine addictions. I'm moving up into the management world, but eventually I'll probably go to grad school.
I have a passion for words. If you're a good writer that's always a plus for me. I didn't realize until recently that I can be attracted to the way in which people phrase things. Diction, syntax, vocabulary. But don't try too hard, it doesn't work that way.
In my spare time I like to knit, crochet, paint, build things, etc. The act of creating useful and/or aesthetically pleasing things is very satisfying. I'm lucky enough to be able to sell my stuff sometimes.

Food! Tacos. Sandwiches. Chinese food in China. I'll try pretty much anything. I'm the least picky. I cook most of my own meals at home. I've been told I'm an excellent cook. I'm notorious for spending entirely too much money at the grocery store when I get excited about crafting some kind of high concept meal.
The way that language is nothing but arbitrary symbols and sounds that, when combined in various ways, can have infinite meaning and power.
Raising alpacas. Shearing them, spinning yarn, and making awesome stuff. Repeat.
Lately I've been thinking a lot about practical life choices, and how they can lead me to full time, paid adventuring.
If you don't take yourself too seriously.
If you have something substantial to say.
If you like to read.
If you have things that you are good at and passionate about.
If you stay at least moderately aware of current events and news, and you actually care about people who are not you.
If you understand the importance of empathy.
