I enjoy being active: playing soccer, taking long walks, and riding my bike on a warm day around the park. I'd prefer to get up early for a big day than party until 4 AM and sleep in all day. I'm a fan of outdoor meals, sarcastic one-liners, and the Oxford comma.
Sometimes I go to Petco and think about getting a pet chinchilla or ferret, but then I wonder if those are supposed to be out running in the wild and not caged up, or at the very least being made into a fur coat. I mean, who wouldn't want to be worn on the back of P. Diddy? I guess what I'm saying is I want to be Diddy's personal assistant.

Saturday I got up at 6, yes, that's right 6, and went to the football (soccer) bar to watch my team play. It's English time so you have to make a commitment if you want to see them play. However, it is worth it. My buddies and I having a pint at 6:30 (I promise, I am not an alcoholic) and singing hilarious soccer cheers is always a good time. Google Tottenham Hotspur.
Saturday night we went to a non-descript place and then another non-descript place. Yeah, pretty non-descript night. But I had fun.
Sunday I went to Zilker park and did some people and dog watching.
Activities that I enjoy but don't do enough include hiking, kayaking, going to Barton springs, and random day trips. Maybe we'll get to do some of those things together eventually...
I'm still new to Austin -native NY'er- and am open to suggestions.
Movies: Scent of A Woman, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, American Beauty, Snatch, The Departed, Unbreakable, The Village. (Please don't tell anyone, but I may or may not have gotten a lump in my throat at the end of Love Actually.)
Shows: Seinfeld and Lost are my favorites of all time.
Currently running: A lot of Netflix originals, The Walking Dead, Better Call Saul, Archer, Keeping Up with The Kardashians. (Let's see if you can figure out which show I'm not really a fan of.)
Music: Led Zeppelin, Kanye West, Red Hot Chili Peppers. Musically, I might be somewhat preferential to 90's stuff.
Food: sushi, Mexican, Italian, and Jewish. Anything without olives

Am I making a difference in the lives of the at-risk high schoolers that I work with? And should I have written that sentence with proper grammar or would that have been too pretentious?
Internet dating. Specifically, in regards to the fact that I've gone out with some people who were perfect matches on paper and then zero chemistry on the date- and vice versa. The only takeaway is that you really don't know until you meet.
Should I keep the crew cut.
