My self-summary
My name is Alex, and I put the MAN in FEMANISM! Mostly because awareness of social inequality is very important to me, but also... slightly/maybe because I fail at spelling... like a lot. An obscene allotment of spelling errors. It's sad.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm studying social work and looking forward to attending BSU by the end of the year. I'm working as a home aid for the disabled and indulging in video games, movies, and anime when I can. I also have this side project that I've been plotting out of months now where I record interviews with people and upload the footage to youtube. I'm especially looking forward to speaking with immigrants, but there frankly isn't a demographic I'm not interested in.
I’m really good at
Writing, or so I'm told. I'm very good with the whole putting words to reason and expression thing. Just don't ask me what the semicolon is used for exactly. Pretty sure that's just comma in disguise.
The first things people usually notice about me
Oh, I just have the most absolutely gorgeous nostrils.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love all of these things. I am somewhat, legitimately, dyslexic however. As such, I don't really read for fun as often as I should like. Mostly articles I catch off of Jezebel and Huffpost. I've also been blessed with numerous intelligent friends who like to share articles all the time. I typically read those.

I'm really much more of a cinephile! I love movies, I love watching movies about movies. Most of the shows I watch, they too, are about movies.

I don't really know what I'm talking about when it comes to music. I mean, I likes and dislikes. I've become really interested in Aesop Rock as of late in particularly though. Everything from corny folk music to just... obscenely dark metal hahah.

Food's awesome... enough said hahaha.
Six things I could never do without
Tawdry Humor.
Obscenely lame movie and pop culture references.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
One Piece... Seriously, there's like almost a 1,000 episodes. It's ridiculous and I can't stop watching it.
On a typical Friday night I am
My typical Friday night is... actually kind of boring. I like things like Netflix, and hanging out with friends for tabletop nights. Computer games are great too, but hauling the PC is such a hassle. The movies are always a trite but true option. Maybe one of the more special events that pop into town from time to time too.

Dancing at the club is an option, but you've been warned, I know no shame and YOU WILL be embarrassed.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
As appropriate a label as it may be for me, I never really liked the term, "social justice warrior", more of a bard really... maybe a cleric? Yeah, social justice cleric, that's me.
You should message me if
While there are, literally zero consequences to messaging me, I would appreciate it if only people are cool with going a little slow would hit me up.

That, or, if you really just want someone to come see Deadpool with you on Sunday. I have plans with friends, but we can always add more! B)
