and love my profession. I work only several days a week now, which gives me plenty of time to read, kayak, paint, walk , photography, gardening , and spending time with my friends, 3 kids and grandkids. I love to travel and will leave at a moments notice.
I love seafood of any kind, as long as it is ocean fresh.. Farnhams in Essex, Ma., is my favorite place for clams an scallops. I love Italian, Thai, Indian, fresh seafood. I love to try new foods I haven't had before and I'm crazy for ethnic food of all kinds., I love Greek, sushi, Ethiopian, Thai, Italian and any food from any chinatown. Love the food in NYC.and veal dishes. Supinos veal cutlet subs are the best. I love the food in New Orleans and the Pier in SF. I love oysters on the half shell with lots of horseradish and lemon. A good prime rib dinner in front of a roaring fire is my idea of a good time. If I died tomorrow, I would buy 2 lbs. of fresh lobster meat at and eat it all with drawn butter, lemon and a glass of white wine. I love to cook and love to try and duplicate my favorite dishes.
