My self-summary
I was born in New Orleans, where people DO NOT have Southern accents. I'm Jewish by ethnicity, Buddhist by spirit, and athestic by intellect. I have a passion for classic rock and feminist-politcal guitar that borders on psychosis, and transparent alcohols have been known to win my heart. I tend to dance down the street at random intervals and be overtly affectionate with people about whom I care a great deal. I am passionate about politics, literature, music, and adventure. I *will* rant your ear off about something that fascinates me, and I promise I'll listen if you do the same. I am a pacifist who enjoys martial arts. And I just reread Cat's Cradle on a trip to France...truly one of my favorites.

I am vivacious, clothed now, and often naked
What I’m doing with my life
I'm in between my freshman and sophomore years at Harvard, working for the Let's Go travel guide and generally wreaking havoc here in Cambridge. Three more years left at school studying English and film, and then it's the Peace Corps for me, with a career as a starving writer to follow.
I’m really good at
enjoying people's company, expressing myself creatively, listening, karate, meditation, adventure
The first things people usually notice about me
I have purple streaks in my hair right now. And I'm liable to say something vaguely outlandish within minutes of meeting someone.

On a typical Friday night I am
is friday night ever really typical?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
So, I haven't updated my profile in a while, and the last response I posted to this question got me out-queer-theoried by a straight girl. After hanging my head in shame and contemplating a new answer, I decided upon this one: I masturbate to the poetry of Allen Ginsberg.
You should message me if
You love adventure; you like to talk; you want a friend, date, or relationship; you are putting off whatever it is that you really should be doing.
