My self-summary
I have lived in Austin for over 20 years and love it here. I own my own business and my boss LOVES my work...(she gives me raises on a regular basis...hah!) I have three children who are grown, though I sometimes can't resist asking them to sit on my lap like they did when they were babies...don't worry...they always say "NO!" I have a puppy named Bingo. We walk every morning around 6:30. He consents to sit on my lap. I am a yogini...i go to yoga almost everyday. I came to it late but it has been an incredibly liberating journey!
What I’m doing with my life
I try to balance working with travel and playtime. I also have a serious side, am a passionate of my daughters is a published author. ! I love my work, I love the people I meet through my work and, most of all, I love the flexibility and diversity of my work. So my work is my pleasure. And I feel so fortunate to like what I do. ON THE OTHER HAND! there's nothing like playtime! and I try to get as much as I can. love to travel and socialize with friends.

I try to train myself to still the chattering mind, to detach from mindless thinking about the past, the future, obsessive thoughts, worries, etc. Instead I try to move forward into the flow of grace of each day and to float in it and to gain whatever I can from it.
On a typical Friday night I am
I often am attending work-related events over the weekend. When I don't have to work, I sometime like to meet up with a friend for dinner or drinks but I also enjoy an evening at home, reading or catching a show on TV.
