I feel like I have only scratched the surface of what Pittsburgh has to offer, and I am searching for an adventure buddy to explore this awesome city with.
In my spare time I like to do many of the things people my age like to do, and anything to do with music is my favorite escape. I like to listen to music live, on my phone, on my record player, etc. Something about music just relaxes my mind. I also like to travel, and one of my goals in life is to step foot on all seven continents (two down, five left to go!).
Just Finished: The Man in the High Castle
Now Reading: I'm working on a project that involves Jules Verne at work, so now i'm reading a collection of Jules Verne novels to get up to speed.
I mainly like to read non-fiction, and I always enjoy anything Joseph Campbell has written. As far as fiction goes, Michael Crichton is one of my favorite authors, and I am a firm believer that Brian K. Vaughan (Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina, Saga) can do no wrong.
Movies: Some of my favorites include, American History X, Requiem for a Dream, Up in the Air, The Way Way Back, The Descendants, and I will watch any Marvel movie.
Shows: Recently I have been making my way through Doctor Who. I avoided the show for so long because I didn't think I would like it, but I was completely wrong. Also, Bob's Burgers. You can't go wrong with that show.
Music: As noted before I really like music. My go to genre leans more toward the Punk side of things, but I'm starting to get more into the Indie and Folk genres as well. With the exception of country, I'll give anything a shot when it comes to music.
If you were to find out the world was about to end, what one album or song would you listen to as you watch the world crumble before your eyes?
