My self-summary
I suspect that I really have no business being on this site but the subscription price can't be beat!

And I don't really expect to generate a lot of interest here. The clear majority of subscribers here are singles looking for "soulmates." I realize that my goal for being on this site is not quite so noble in the minds of most subscribers here; I am married, and have no intention of leaving the marriage, but for some time I have longed for a "playmate" to provide some intimacies that were never available or are no longer available at home. I desire sexual intimacy but I also want elements of romance, respect, and even "art" to be part of that intimacy. If you are a lady who is reading this and you have longings similar to mine I hope you will contact me!

I am respectful, artistic, and very funny!
What I’m doing with my life
I recently retired from my accounting practice. I am now trying to develop a second career as a professional musician.
I’m really good at
playing several instruments (guitar, harmonica, mandolin, and bass), several genres (bluegrass, country, folk, light jazz, and romantic classical).

Also good at crossword puzzles and would love to be a Jeopardy contestant sometime!
The first things people usually notice about me
my avant-garde sense of will make you groan sometimes!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I don't read as much as I used to, but I tend to read "human condition" titles such as Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee, The Gulag Archipelago. Also like humor, especially Tom Robbins' Another Roadside Attraction and Even Cowgirls Get the Blues!

Favorite movies: Schindler's List, The Shawshank Redemption, The Bucket List,The Great Debaters, Pursuit of Happiness, and To Kill a Mockingbird. The "human condition" thing again!

Music: I like all kinds except cop-killer and misogenic rap. My favorite genre is classical.
Six things I could never do without
The six things that would greatly impair my quality of life if I no longer had them available: (1) Visits with my grandkids; (2) Live music (performing and listening); (3) buffet restaurants; (4) moose hunting in Alaska (includes rafting for several days on a remote wilderness river with some Class III rapids!); (5) Walleye fishing on Lake Roosevelt, and (6) watching Gonzaga Basketball games (Go Zags!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How I got so old so fast! (Like most people my age!)
But, you know, the older the violin the sweeter the music!
On a typical Friday night I am
If not playing for a gig or rehearsing for one I'm most likely at home on the internet..
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Er, I sometimes suck at sex...I don't have a 14-inch tongue and I can't breathe through my ears!

I warned you that my sense of humor was avant-garde...
You should message me if
You are of the same complex-avant-garde mindset as me!

And, if what I have said makes perfect sense to you!
