What I’m doing with my life
I am a human-centered activist whose goal is to maximize inclusion and empowerment in our community. My crosshairs set on taking down the Seattle Freeze through social engineering. I encourage everyone to be kind and generous with love, and by doing so change the world.

On the side I am a freelance writer for several publications, and also co-host an elaborately produced podcast with my kid brother.

I am a graduate of Equal Rights Washington's Out In Front Leadership Program and the Landmark Curriculum for Living may one day have political aspirations....
I’m really good at
Penmanship. I used to teach a course - The Fendo Method of Handwriting Excellence with the tag line "Soon you too will say: "I Love My Own Handwriting.™"" - Also, sorting things, creating beautiful spreadsheets, and harmonizing on the fly.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have a rather serious brow-line and a fairly prominent European nose. A lot of folks think I am deep in thought or perplexed when they first catch glimpse of me, when the reality is that's just my face's default configuration. My facial expressions have been rated as "high quality" which means you just need to engage me to experience the full effect!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite Reading Material:
Case studies of neurological abnormalities, Vonnegut, typography and design journals, most vintage materials written for tweens, stories about cats.

Favorite Movies:
I don't get to watch many movies, but I do like watching them when I get time.

Favorite Music:
I just downloaded my entire music collection to a memory card for my phone and learned a lot about my musical tastes. When I was in high school, I was definitely into the lounge revival and mostly listened to loungy thrift store records plus the B-52s and Madonna. In the 90s when I actually purchased CDs I had mostly Shibuya-kei and Europop in my collection. Pizzicato Five is my all-time favorite band. These days I like what I refer to as "Urban Divas"; Beyoncé, Amerie, Willow Smith. Regardless, most people can't really stand the music I listen to, and that's fine with me.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The incredible complexity, triumph, and hubris of humans as a species
On a typical Friday night I am
Now that I am old, it seems like I spend a lot of Fridays at home. Besides, everyone is too tired to go out after working all week. Let's go out Saturday.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have to dye my eyebrows so they show up on film...
You should message me if
If you miss having a Spring crush! If you like spontaneous adventures and road trips, have an appreciation of the absurd, like French guys, are generous, compassionate, and socially responsible. I'm kinda like that too!
