I'm quite adventurous, I like learning new things, and I can make even the most uncomfortable situations funny with a joke or two. My friends describe me as amiable and "good company". Things that I like vary all over the place. When I have the time I like to go down Fells Point and Fed Hill and hang out with my friends.
When I say I'm nerdy there's a bit more to it than being "booksmart". I like photography, cool gadgets, and almost anything from Brookstone. I majored in aerospace engineering and biology initially in college (I love science and learning more about the galaxy) but switched to political science which I hope still makes me a scientist. Maybe? I also like old school music. I got that part from my Grandmother.
I'm extremely loyal and looking for someone that shares my passion for politics. I was born and raised Catholic but I listed it as not important because I've dated and have plenty friends outside of my religion. Obviously my religion is important to me but what I mean is that your religion isn't important to me. I like everyone. My last date was Jewish haha
Oh and I'm an ISTJ personality according to Myers-Brigg. While I love kids and watch my baby cousins all the time I do better dating men with no kids. It's not the kids...It's the angry baby mommas and all. I'd rather avoid it all together no matter how nice your child's mother may be.
I'm really big on tall guys as I'm 5'10 so I don't want someone shorter than me. I often get a lot of messages from guys who live half way across the country. I'm not a fan of the pen pal and long distance relationship thing. I'm sure you're a great person but I'm looking for locals only. Also, I get a lot of messages from old men with silver hair therefore I want to put in a disclaimer that while the "Steal Yo Grandma" guy is famous on Facebook that's not really what I'm looking for in my life.
So, my profile is rather detailed and before I go any further I should advise you that if you're looking for someone thin with 6 pack abs and looks like arm candy I'm not your girl. I'm what you could consider a thick-curvy girl (not sloppy) and on an average night in Fells Point you'd see me dressed casually rocking a pair of Sperrys. I love Sperrys by the way! No short skimpy dress with my boobs hanging out or some 6 inch platform heels that I'll regret wearing hours later. Not looking to change anything about myself. If you've read this paragraph and all of this is okay with you then you may continue!
I've taken the GRE, GMAT and the LSAT and I've gotten well above average on all of them so I have options. Standardized tests rule!
I currently work in Finance for an awesome company. Some say I'm a workaholic because of the hours I dedicate to my career but I love what I do. I couldn't work for a better company and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
I watch a lot of Netflix and right now i'm catching up on Scandal and The Walking Dead. Oh, and OITNB is amazing!!!
Also, apparently I'm a legendary OkCupider and I'm also responsible so I've been a moderator on OkCupid since 2013.

I think guys notice my looks because they always say "why don't you have a boyfriend? "
I'll watch anything nerdy.

Well, I also spend time thinking about why so many people are having babies so young. Like geez!!! Aren't kids expensive? lol
The next day my best friend called me and she was sobbing uncontrollably and I said "omg what happened?" and her response was "I just saw the last episode of "The Office."
Okay, now I also need to express that you must have pictures in order for me to respond. I get way too many messages from phantom people with no pictures or just one picture. You've seen my pics...now where are yours?
